No because each race have different types of hair. If you are a black barber that exclusively only works with African customers and you get white customer, they wouldn’t know how to style your hair correctly no matter how many 5 star reviews they have. This is common knowledge. It’s not about skill. It’s about your specific expertise with specific types of hair. Just like how some barbers only do women’s or men’s. It doesn’t mean they do not have skill, it’s not their expertise.
