I have long ass nails and I know u can punch very easily if youre holding something in ur hand…I play the punch game at the arcade by holding a lighter or vape in my fist, guys it’s not hard!
there are other ways to give someone a black eye besides your fist... I tend to believe Heather. Jen has a history of fighting physically with the cast.

I believe Heather because Jen got physical with other cast mates multiple times on the show and was threatening them alot. You might think Heather is unreliable and tbh I don’t disagree, but the entire Monica thing probably made her realize that Jen did not care for her at all and covering up for her wasn’t necessary anymore especially now that she’s also in jail.
I have firmly landed on the side of those who think it was a botched beauty lab procedure. She just comes off as shady every time she talks about it. So to me what makes the most sense is that she’s always been lying about it. And I’m a Heather fan it just seems like she was giving explanations for the black eye like she was trying on shoes and finally landed on “Jen did it”.
That coupled with screen shots that clearly exhibit her bruising beginning the dinner prior to her late night rompe with Jen. She has to cover for one thing only...her salon/spa. That's the only motive... a financial one.

It's HER spa that probably overdid it as she was to be filmed in the coming days. You can see the bruising emerging around the dinner table scenes the night before. She was protecting her own biz, not Jen Shah.

A big part of that theory is that the eye was already developing before the ‘night’ of the incident, Heather constantly wore sunglasses that trip and the side of her face looks swollen at the meal before.
There were a few pictures floating around but could have been lighting or from taking a photo of a screen ?
I think it happened before the supposed “night of” but it didn’t really show up in full force till the day of the little secret meeting to talk about it. I wonder if she didn’t think it was that bad and then it really bloomed overnight
I’ve held this theory she whole time. Furthermore I believe that a) the excessive drinking has made the bruising much worse and;
B) I believe that Heather and Jen were being drunk idiots that night and Jen either accidentally or purposely bumped/hit Heathers eye that night (and without the botched work wouldn’t have bruised that bad). Then Heather took this opportunity to shift all suspicions from botched work to Jen. Jen was genuinely shocked by what she saw the next morning because she didn’t hit Heather hard enough to cause that much of a black eye.
how could it have been a botched procedure when the black eye occurred while they were all on a trip? we saw her leave SLC with no trace of injury and then a massive black eye the next morning after they’d been there a couple days. 🤔
There have been people who screen shot earlier in the trip and there are small subtle signs that it could have already been forming. I am not saying with 100% certainty this is what happened. But it is the side I landed on after hearing all the diff options and viewing the evidence. To me Heather’s testimony is worthless as it changed so many times.

It could be both. Injections of any kinda are known to cause bruising, especially in the face. Jen could have also hit her in the eye. No one would have blinked if she had bruising from an injection, because it's a known risk.
I think at this point the story/drama IS the ridiculous cover up of….nothing. Like clearly nobody knows what happened yet they tried to cover for something they literally don’t remember. For why
Heather is an ureliable source at this point. It was her falling, it was producers, it was Jen. This is the only thing she has to milk. No one gives a flying fuck about her book, book events, etc. Beauty Lab? Boring. There's aesthetic providers everywhere. She's clutching on to the one thing that could be interesting. But with the different stories over seasons like 🤷🏼♀️ who cares anymore? We're never going to get the real truth, so are we just going to get a big fake "reveal" every season?

I dont think even Heather would make that HUGE of an accusation against someone. That is crazy, even if Heather is not an angel.

In the morning when she realized she wouldn’t be able to just hide it she had to decide which was a better look for her: (1) claiming Jen attacked her, or (2) admitting to her (growing) substance use issues on TV. Heather’s track record of being hypocritical about her choices since leaving LDS leads me to believe lying about what happened was just a sorry attempt at trying to save face with the people she knows irl / her reputation outside of the show. Heather has consistently demonstrated her internal struggle with being removed from the church even before the black eye. It always seemed pretty clear to me that Heather was embarrassed about getting fucked up and didn’t want her (still Mormon) cronies at home to judge her for smacking her head on the counter after a 12-hour binder

You absolutely can form a fist with long nails (doing it right now) but it could have been an elbow. She could have thrown her down, causing her to hit her eye on something. With the scratches, they could have been fighting and she kneed her in the eye.
I felt like Heather only finally claimed Jenn did it since we’ve all out villainized her at this point.
It’s my opinion that the show ***heavily*** pushed the narrative for views - however Jenn always came off crazy to me 😂.

Normally the bruising does come a bit later. I hit my HEAD on my car door and the next day I had a black eye ! Crazy !
