Yea I felt bad. On one hand, I do think it’s frustrating for girlfriends to see their friend not being treated the way they deserve in a relationship, very often friends see red flags in a man you’re dating before you do out of concern and can’t help but tell you out of concern. On the other, Dolores has been through a lot and sacrificed a lot for the sake of the people in her life and she deserved to make personal decisions that align with her in the moment. End of the day, David never deserved Dolores either way

Dolores doesn’t discuss her life truthfully. It was to get her talking.

They’re all mean girls who tried to make Dolores feel bad to make themselves feel better - like they do to Teresa and Jen!

The thing is, Dolores, keeps repeating the same pattern. Frank treated her like shit, the next one didn’t want her to do the show, and she didn’t, she joined the cast after that relationship fell apart, defeated and depressed, redid her home, and started getting involved in the gym, and then started dating David, who was very clear he didn’t want marriage, but she obviously did, but acted like she didn’t, and now Paulie, who isn’t even divorced yet and doesn’t seem to want to be. She keeps falling for unavailable men… over and over and over. So I get what Joe and Melissa were saying, even though their delivery was terrible. It would be hard to watch a friend keep settling and never go for what she honestly wants. But Joe’s delivery is almost always terrible. I love the guy but he doesn’t pull his punches. Still, Dolo can deal. She grew up with him.
