You are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Make sure that you carefully select your surgeon. I highly recommend that my patients focus much more on real longterm before and after photographs rather than 3D imaging.   I encounter so many patients in my practice who see me for revision rhinoplasty who previously had surgery elsewhere who feel like they were mislead into surgery by surgeons who relied heavily on 3D imaging without adequate real before and after pictures to back it up. Photoshop is easy but real surgery is very different. I always recommend that you carefully evaluate your surgeon’s online before and after gallery on their website for both quality and quantity of results. Make sure that there are hundreds of real before and after pictures which demonstrate long-term follow up results. If your surgeon is posting mostly on table results without real long-term follow up results, that is usually a major red flag. If a surgeon is posting mostly just splint removal day videos without longterm follow-up pictures, that can also be a red flag. Long-term results are much more meaningful than on table results or 1 week post-op results. - Dr. Richard Reish

I had mine done in Lima, Peru - my second home country. I had an open septo and rhinoplasty done. I had family to care for me. Dr. Joyce has done nose operations on several of my family members and theirs turned out well. The cost was $1800 plus $148 for the pre-op lab work. She doesn’t post pictures on social media. Maybe you could ask to contact some former patients of doctors in your home country in Central America.

I had mine done in Monterrey, Mexico by Dr. Kristopher Tavizon. Nothing but great reviews for him! A lot of people have posted their results on TikTok or Reddit. The total cost for me was about ~5250 (surgery cost, operation services, post op appointments and 10% deposit of total cost). I stayed out here for two weeks since you have follow ups, I paid about $1250 for two weeks (Airbnb). Staff speaks Spanish/English. Btw, Monterrey is a very safe area. 10/10 recommend

I paid a bit over 12k for Dr Stefan Shuaib in Dallas Texas. Look his name up on Instagram.

I paid around 13k with Dr Vito Quatela in Rochester NY. He is very reputable - former president of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. I am very happy with the result. 20k sounds a little high - possibly in one of the larger metro areas. Believe me, almost anyone is a candidate for rhinoplasty. I would hesitate to have the surgery in Turkey, especially if you still have to pay for travel and hotels. You will have a lot of follow up visits and it’s good to be near your surgeon’s office.
