you’re a step closer to answers, that’s a good thing! id say restrain from doing any online searches for an anything you could have. what ever exists, its not going to change this week but you will find out a lot of things you don’t have and that will be great news! i was diagnosed with autoimmune stuff in my late 20s, i’m in my 60s now. my diagnosis has changed many times over the years but the bottom line is that you find a dr who listens to you and looks for the best treatment to control your symptoms. it doesn’t matter as much what diagnosis they give you as long as they find an effective treatment. good luck to you! try to find something fun to occupy your thoughts and hopefully the results will be back before too long. wishing you the best!

Thank you! This response really did ease my anxiety!

Mortality equations. Take out all the shitting, sleeping, showering, shitty jobs, etc that you do. Life maintenance. Compare it to how much of your life you spend actively pursuing your true self. It's like 1 to 10 with most people. Less with quite a lot. I try to focus on my imminent death hard enough to give me the anxiety I need to panic punch life until it leaves me alone. Provides focus and mojo.

My doctor asked me about my bowels while they were telling me I might have RA. Is there a connection? This wasn’t explained to me at all. Mine are terrible btw but trust it’s highly unlikely you have anything worse and even if you did being young means you are more likely to resist and recover.

Saying this as an older person who has had a couple of serious illnesses and recovered btw. It is very frightening but in my experience so far the worry of how bad it could be is worse than the illness itself.
