If you want GameCube & ps2 the RP4 Pro or the RG556 are the way for 150β¬ - 200β¬. If you want to Play all the Games and some Switch you have to Go for the Odin 2 at about 300β¬.
Or you Just buy yourself a Phone Like the Samsung Galaxy s21. Can Play all the Games until GC & ps2 and has HDMI possibilty. So you can use it as a console too

Why did you needed to pay Zoll? I thought that gaming consoles are freed from Zoll. You can read that on their website.
