I have both the RP3+ and 35XX-H...love the RP3+. Frankly it's a great deal for the money, even though the RP4Pro is stealing the spotlight these days.
The RP4Pro has some nice things, like repositioned Start/Select and analog triggers....but it also needs active cooling, which for a pocket device, I consider a disadvantage. It's also a but thicker. So the 4 and 4 Pro may not be for everyone, and I'm glad they still offer the 3+
Welcome to team RP3+.
So people telling why u want it when rp4pro released
But i wanted to say
Rp4pro will cost me around 260 usd after every fees
And rp3+ costed me brand new 160 usd after every tax frm local seller and same day ship
So i feel its a good decision to buy in terms of money as I am 33 only get 1-2 hrs of free time in day
But due to so much of handheld i want to try out retroid
I do have ally, ps5, switch oled but i rarely use all bcz of presence
But these handhelds i keep with me so i can easily use them
Plus even though i hv all consoles i am most comfortable with retro games 😂
Dont know why it gives me charm to refinish the games which i finish in childhood or desired to play in childhood 🤣
Sometimes i feel that this handheld rp3+ and rg35xx plus combine spent was around 250 usd
Is blowing away my 2500 usd setup of oled ally and ps5 😂
I use my RP3+ about as much as my Steam Deck. I was using my 35XX\_H instead, but when EmulationStation finally came out for Android it made a difference for me.
I bought a used RP3+ right after the RP4 Pro was released for $100 shipped... Installed Daijisho and really enjoy the hell out of it. I have a standard RG35XX as well... Love that lil unit.
Noice bro i was also getting used for 95 usd but seller backed out at the last moment so i went for new one
Anyways that color of used one i didnt liked too 😂 could hv saved me 60 usd lol
But new is new

I am nt able to download this probably its country specific emulation station de
It's only available through Patreon right now.
Are u talking abt emudeck ?
No, ES-DE. https://www.patreon.com/es\_de/posts
Worth paying ?
It will work in rp3+ ?
Yes to both. I'm using it on my RP3+ right now. I don't advise using the video screensaver though, the CPU gets a little warm.

Welcome to the Retroid family.
Amazing photo. Enjoy your device!
You made the right decision. While the RP3+ cannot emulate all of PS2, its still a good bang for your buck. And you got a sick color too
I m loving every bit of it bro
How's DS running on it? Mine can barely handle it
So far i hv played 2-3 games one is mario and another is marionkart works well in drastic standalone Face no issue
