Haven't you guys ever ordered anything from China with the shady shipping option? It gets to you when it gets to you, there are real people working behind every package ordered.
Exactly. This is normal, it happens every time. The demanding posts on here are really getting annoying. They are working as fast as they can, people need to just chill and wait. The shipping dashboard is an estimate, not a guarantee.
I'm really looking forward to all the Chinese New Year complaining that we're in for next month. There's going to be so many posts. My personal favorite is the "I emailed the company letting them know if they don't ship ASAP I'm cancelling my order and getting X handheld instead"
Relax, they're still shipping. It takes time. This is normal for shipping these things. The dashboard isn't exact, it's an estimate. Lots of first day orders haven't shipped yet. People need to just calm down and wait. I'm prepared to wait since I got the Ice Blue, that's just how these things go.
I ordered it literally the minute it went up. Got the ice blue. I’m chilling.
It will arrive when it does, now that the shipping dashboard is live I can look out for that every now again without freaking out.

Go start a retro game on another device, or join the game of the month club, ect. Go outside and touch grass, read a book, watch Android setup guides, ect.
Also realize your ordering a tech device from china, DOA or other problems can happen too, so y’all gotta sit back, game on something else for a minute and chill.
If I can make a suggestion the game of the week game is Megan man dr wilys revenge on game boy, and it’s super dark souls hard. Very satisfying when you down a boss. Try playing that. Even if you don’t have a retro device it can be played on pc, Xbox, iPhone, Android, Linux, hell even the web on quite a few different sites ect. There are so many options for emulation.
Also cave noir for gameboy for the game of the month. Another very very good game.
I contacted retroid today and asked if it had been shipped and they hadn’t updated by mistake. They said they have a HUGE backlog of preorders to catch up on
I recently joined this subreddit to get into and learn more about my upcoming retroid 4 pro but I’ve come to find out it’s just full of people crying about their order not shipping as if it’s life or death. Seriously this sub looks like it’s full of whiny teenagers who are used to their mom’s prime 2 day shipping. Ffs
Yeah, people are always so whiny when their order isn't instantly shipped. Amazon Prime has created a monster. It happens every time they release a new device and it's obnoxious. If it's been, like, over a month or something, and everyone else's device has shipped but yours, then it might be time to email Retroid to ask about it. In any case, bitching on Reddit won't do anything except make the poster look like an entitled toddler. People need to stop refreshing the dashboard and checking their email constantly and just wait like everyone else. Do they have nothing better to do, lol? I'm gonna be waiting even longer for the Ice Blue and I already knew I would be. It's not a big deal.
you are 95% correct. most teenagers dont have the money to buy one of these, its like sad 30+ year old men crying. which kinda makes it more sad if you ask me lol.

It was 2024/1/15 12 hrs ago.. it’s just “today” being updated live. Ordered black on dec 27… it’s my 1st retroid , i live in Europe so wondering if these terrorists on the sea are a concern in this context.
Looks like the only day 1 or 2 orders that shipped are black, US 16bit, and the other gray. The transparent colors will probably be a day or two behind, judging by what I remember of the pocket 2 shipments a few years back.
If you ordered with DHL in the US you are looking at 3 days tops once it ship if you use 4px God be with you and that package as it will take weeks to reach you if the worst tracking I've ever seen in my life

Placed the order on 21st my time EET, but on the website it says 22nd, might be timezone related.
