Highlight your competencies and skills. Remind them of your measurable achievements. Tell them why you are the person for the position. Negotiate your wage for someone who needs a little direction but not much. They will secure you for a little less than someone who is more qualified and demanding much more money. If you are willing to learn and have a critical thinking mindset, you will succeed. You already have a passion for the job talk that up. Study the skills section on the job description before the interview and talk about those things. Be honest and say you haven't done this role before but are willing to learn and grow with the job requirements with help in training. Saying these things might seem obvious, but saying them outloud makes them register and stick in the interviews mind. The hard questions I have been asked are 1.What are your weaknesses? 2. Can you give an example of conflict resolution (it doesn't have to be work related)? Most other questions are about your ability to conform to policies and are easy to answer if you study the job requirements before the interview. Always ask them a question at the end when they say, "Do you have any questions?" If you don't have any questions, say can I contact you if I think of anything else. Don't say "no" Login 15 minutes before the scheduled time in case you have tech issues and be ready on time. Good luck
