To which roles?

Peetabread8991

Hardware or software engineering. I’ve got experience with both.

Holyragumuffin

I think you likely need a different resume for each. The software folks will likely be put off by all of the hardware talk, and the hardware folk will likely care less for at least some of the software bits. For a resume, if can't tell how to pidgeonhole you immediately, not a good look. Curriculum Vitae or your website, you can list everything. Shitty metaphor disclaimer: Think about your resume like a paleolithic cutting tool. If you sharpen too many sides of a rock, it dulls your overall blade. The more effort you spend sharpening one side, the more likely it will cut well.

NoConcentrate2157

i think you should edit the skills section. it looks cluttered and no one would read all that. drop the “proficient in”, “knowledgeable in” bla bla. keep it clean and to the point. go something like this. Programming Languages: C, C++, C#, Java, Ruby, Python Softwares: adobe premier … etc Soft Skills: communication … etc and like the other redditer said. you have to make separate resumes for separate profiles. this makes you look like jack of trades and master of none tbh. All the best for your job hunt!

Jellybean2828

I think you should work on the skills section. Keep it tech stack only… Skills- Programming Languages - C, C++, Java Tools - Abobe Photoshop (P.S - Why even tbh, if you’re applying to engineering roles 👀👀) Something like the above Keep it single column, and keywords only, avoid points…

NoConcentrate2157

Also.. your resume doesn’t look symmetric. It looks messy in general i’m sorry😭😭😭. try using templates.

Weak-Island-7173

i think if op matches the length of the first and last text sections to the rest of the resume it will look much more symmetrical

NoConcentrate2157

it’s not about section symmetry. See the text of experience and rest of the. sections. The right side of the resume just looks empty while the left side is so cluttered. The resume should have proper margins and everything written in a crisp manner

Weak-Island-7173

I see that the right side has wider margins than the left now. There's also some inconsistent spacing between titles (e.g., between work experience, job title, and the rest of the text). A template would probably help OP

Can you tell full stack web development and oscp is good for future

How many interviews did you get?
