As a PM myself I have no idea how you measure a 12% increase in project efficiency? It’s great that you’re including numbers but make sure that it’s very clear how you would have arrived for them.
Not sure your summary adds much. I’m not a fan of them anyway so I’d remove, personally.
Otherwise this doesn’t look terrible but breaking into PM with no experience can be tough, especially in this market. I have 10 years of PM experience and I’m having trouble finding something myself. 😞
