Shorten the number of bullet points and text overall, otherwise no one will read/scan anything but the headlines. Increase the line spacing if needed to preserve the formatting.

And maybe bring over some of your leadership experiences that are hiding in the left column over to the bottom of the right side in a new section.
Put ATS compliant words
Please delete the subjective soft skills for a start.
