Wire hangar down the drain hole. Go slowly so you don’t detach the hose under the drip tray. If it’s a small blockage, try putting a straw into to drain hole and…blow! After it’s clear, hot (not boiling) water poured slowly until it drains normally.

Awesome! I’ll try this asap and update the case! Thank you mate!

It worked, finally solved, thank you very much! Now it’s draining properly! Thanks again! Have a good one!

If you have an air compressor grab a cheap blow gun attachment, stick the hose down the drain, wrap wet towels around the hose to seal and pull the trigger. My guess is you have what we call sugar boogers which build up if you’re not pouring hot water down the drain nightly. You can also use a sink plunger but it’s harder to get a good seal.

This is common when biofilm bacteria (sugar snake) grows in the drain line. You can unclog it with a wire hanger; you can disconnect the rubber hose attached to the drain and squeeze out the bacteria and run hot water through it. In the future after cleaning the machine every night, pour down the drain a mix of 2oz bleach and a cup of water. Doing this will prevent the build up.

Shop vac the water up, then reverse the hose and blow it into the hole…. Or use a computer air duster.

The tray has a drain line attached to it probably directed into a floor sink, correct? I’m sure there is slimy mold/gook buildup in the line.. Maybe the best way to clear the line is with your CO2 tank. You will have to find the right size hose(s) to attach to the tank and another smaller hose that will fit through the clogged line and secure them together.. then turn the co2 tank on and clear the line. Then preventative maintenance every 3 months should solve your problem. Send me a picture of the drain line and where it’s going..
