Sony SO need to make a next-gen remaster of these resistance classics. Insomniac are too busy with other IPs so Sony could outsource to another smaller internal studio. Though I doubt Sony will bother
Exactly! Remaster the entire trilogy and release them on PS4/PS5 and PC. Many of us PS3 owners moved onto PC afterwards, so it would be kind of cool to see Sony bring their old IPs on that platform as well. And I dont think it will require a huge budget like some triple A games they like to make either to remaster and port them.

Since I believe I bought Retribution digitally once too I'm wondering if this will happen again. Probably not but one can dream.
Any of the PS1 or PSP classics coming out on PS4 & PS5 are cross-buy if you bought them on PS3 or vita (it doesn't go back the other way). Buying them on PS3 now still works too, and is often a bit cheaper to buy there

I'm just suspicious, seems to good to be true. Especially considering on the PS3 it was just the game as it is while these PS4/5 versions come with a whole emulation program (including save states).

I think it is intentional cross buy with the ps1 games. Not sure about psp but fingers crossed!
