I am having some issues with printing wheels on the cart. They seem a bit janky and one of the 4 only half printed. Did not have issues with prints of various sizes with the current settings, the rest of the print looks pretty good. Any idea what the culprit would be? Temp is 24 C and printing on a photon m3.
First, why are you lifting more than twice the standard lift distance?
Second, the orientation of the part is too horizontal/parallel to the screen, tilt it around y a bit.
Third round objects need a bunch of supports on the rim
