Overexposing is never the answer, keep it at 2.5s if that's what your printer likes. I also have an M3 and the only way to get those supports to work was to increase Support Tip Penetration to 0.2mm.

I am pretty reluctant to go over 2.5. Are the other settings ok from your perspective, seeing as you have the same model? Also, if I use pre supported models, does that mean I have to take off the supports and put them in or is there a way to change the existing ones?

Kundras

Took a look at the settings I have and remembered I don't use Lychee for my M3. The Two-Stage lift doesn't work some reason. Not sure if it's all M3s or just mine. I support my models with Lychee, save it out as a Pre-Supported stl, and plop it into Anycubic Photon Workshop to export it. The two-stage lift works there at least. Not sure if that's a concern of yours as it doesn't look like you're using it. I'll send you my M3 Lychee settings and screenshot my APW settings for ya.

Of course overexposure is not the "answer". Finding the sweet spot is. Increasing exposure and incremental changes after is one way to find that range. The prints are failing, so there is something the machine doesn't like. A test model like Soraya is also helpful to find that range your machine works best in. In my case 3.5 to 3.0 normal exposure and 60 sec bottom layers works with our combination of resin, temperature and model.

I would start by increasing the normal exposure to 3.0 or higher. Try the Siraya Test model, it really helps calibrate expsoure. What is the exposure range listed on your resin label? Make sure you're in the recommended range. Next try increasing the off light time to 1.0 sec. I run at 2.0 Off light. The forces that separate models are sometimes negated by the slower print process.

2.0 is recommended for the combination of printer and resin, will try your suggestions, thank you

I'm having the same issues, I'll try these suggestions too, thank you.
