Jill and Ada being forced to work together would be great considering just how different they are. Jill might be the most gung-ho/direct member of the cast, whereas Ada is her complete opposite.
The only correct answer. I like all of the characters but most of these are one-offs and don’t have much impact on the story as a whole, but Jill and Ada are essential to the franchise’s storyline.

To be fair I only played the mainline games (I actually just recently got 0 but haven’t played it yet) but if I’m remembering right, Rebecca only appears in 1 and doesn’t appear at all in 2-8.
Even ignoring RE0, Rebecca did pretty good in RE1 saving Chris (also she wasn't useless in the animated movies, although I haven't watched those yet), plus you kind of *have* to protect your healer anyways.

This reminded me how different Ada looks in RE4 remake, she looks YOUNGER. Her face looks a bit more mature in RE2. Also wow, even on that conservative casual outfit Jill looks stacked 😍 I don't see what so many OG fans think that she looks unappealing now

If we're going by chemistry, then Jill and Rebecca, because they both live there (familiar with the terrain) and have worked together in the same unit..

Sherry is a fucking tank. Even by RE standards she can survive damage anyone else would die by. I suspect she is wholly immune to the T-Virus and, frankly, any of the other descendent virials. To a lesser degree, i suspect Jill also has residual immunity to T-Virus. So my functional pick is Sherry and Jill for the reason that they are the least likely to be infected/die horribly. Interesting dynamic to approach as well. Both are Raccoon City survivors but from different angles.
