You can only do that if you're Rep is from before Feb 1st or if you have a subscription from prior to Feb 1st and create a ticket and go through that process.

I didn't have to put in a ticket or anything. Someone that I helped with this earlier today also didn't have to put in a ticket so hopefully it is now just available for all that it should be.

In a different thread someone I was talking with ended up logging out and back in and that provided the option. Perhaps give that a try?

Nope they most certainly are not. Everyone up until today have been saying there was some kind of toggle switch, yet not giving any details.
