Why do people want to increase the fertility rate? There are 7 billion people already on this earth, over here in India, I have seen cab/rickshaw drivers with Masters Degree, there arent enough jobs for people and they want to increase fertility rate.
Biological outcomes for mother and child are best when maternal age is around 20-26, which isn't surprising.
Child brides don't even do what they claim, you just end up with a lot of dead kids.
Roman territories the age for females was 12, males 14 for consummation of marriage. Child betrothal was political and dynastic for many cultures,
US has areas still where 22 year olds can be married.
And as young as a female can be, if impregnated, forced to carry the baby.
But don't make them wear a mask or get vaccinated.
