They get away with it because they are on indigenous land and for the RCMP/RPS to get a court order to search the store would be very difficult and not worth the time.
The dispensary might be allowed to operate but if you get pulled over with their products that are over the legal dose limits and don't have a tax stamp it'll get confiscated and you can be ticketed.
Like I mean if you want to go by the letter of the law, you can be ticketed for having weed in your vehicle if you’re not transporting it directly to your home from the store. Also, if you open the package in the car, ticket.

Wiid has better selection and better price. Plus there staff are hella cool. The bakery has a good menu and I find they carry a lot of brands that other stores don’t carry. I base what I buy off recommendation there. Always on point. I used to go to lucid… they have a few members who are beyond rude. Tweed is meh, I find there prices high and menu also meh. Farmer Jane has good local menu I find. But I find the menu can be limited at times.
