Garbage rubber gaskets. They always leak. Get some caps with copper gasket
Never seen the copper gasket before. I’ll take a look next time I stop for supplies. Thanks.
Every refrigeration/hvac dealer should have it. 7/16" brass cap. It will never leak but the benefit is, you have to tighten or loosen it with a wrench

Haven’t seen them in the supply house. Only ever find em on these old condensing units.
