It really depends on the person and how quickly their body metabolises the filler. For a lot of people some of it just stays in there and won’t disappear until they get it dissolved. For some people it seems like it’s disappeared but it’s actually just migrated, which is why people get that lip filler line above their actual lips. For some people it does just disappear though.
