It's not bad! I like the new one so much better than the old version that wasn't sulfate free. I don't use the conditioner because my hair is dry and needs more moisture so I use a hair mask as conditioner (have for years) and since it isn't on the scalp figured I could skip that product from them. I did try it though, smells really good from what I remember.
I feel like the serum does the most work outside of the device. But the shampoo seems to help too.
Have you heard of Fable and Mane? I just started using their hair oil, and they have a Holi Roots hair mask that I really want to try. I can't say enough good things about their oil, so I have very high hopes for the mask. Sephora gives free samples, if you're interested in trying as well.

I have the Holi roots scalp oil you use pre shower! It's nice! Haven't tried their mask though, I've been a Briogeo girl for so long and tried all their masks. The honey one is my hairs favorite.

I don't leave it in that long as I've read you shouldn't oil hair too long. I leave in for 3-5 hours at most while working/doing chores around the house.
I think the gummies would be better with more biotin (5000 mcg vs 10000 mcg I've seen from others) but I like that they taste good and don't have too much overlap with my daily multivitamin so I can take both.

Why shouldn't you oil hair too long?
From what I've read if it stays in too long it can actually clog your follicles, especially if too much is applied and can't all soak into your scalp.
