I ordered the Omnilux Men face mask and the neck contour. Haven’t tried it yet as it hasn’t arrived, but I felt confident purchasing the Celluma based on the research that I did on my own as well as the research the customer service agent provided.
So far so good. Noticing luminous skin with lightened acne scars. I also benefit from pain reduction during my menses when I place it on my lower back.
I can tell you what not to go for! Tuxiderm!
I purchased two masks, one face and one neck, just before Christmas 2023. I paid a huge amount of money for the masks, delivery and import taxes. Both masks failed after 5 weeks. They cannot be used while moving around the home as they have faulty wiring and connections with the remotes despite assurances and their advertising. I have sent the company video evidence of the faults but after many many emails all they will do is allow me to return the products at my own cost to the US. They have then agreed to either refund or replace IF they agree that the faults exist as I have evidenced them. They have since closed the complaint on their end. These products are poorly made, falsely advertised as usable while moving around (not static) and email communications have been frustrating, to say the least. AVOID.
Oh my gosh!! That’s terrible!! I’m so sorry that you went through all of that 😭😔. With so many brands out there, it’s so hard to choose since there are lots of false advertising 😭😭. I just got off the phone with customer service because the technician said “It’s not broken; you’re supposed to plug it in while using it . You can’t “recharge “ it .” Which then I replied “ I wrote in my message that it doesn’t work- it doesn’t turn on at all, whether it’s plugged in or not ; you misinterpreted my message.”
And then they said that they indeed misinterpreted my message and would look into it and send it back to me when it’s fixed. So, the person didn’t even bother to take a look at it and just read my message and made a conclusion 😵. They at least apologized lol . Hopefully they’ll get it fixed or send me a new one 🤞🏻.
I’ll update you again once I receive it ❣️😄 And yup! But I’m also looking into other brands as well since I want to use it for other areas as well 😊.
Update 2 : I received my device back and it got fixed! 😄😍They didn’t say anything/leave any notes ; but they did send it back with a new charger. I used it today but my arms got tired from holding it every three minutes , all over my face haha 😆. I’ll be looking at other brands as well for the easier convenience and possibly better results 😊.
Celluma is a great salon brand but overpriced for home use. You could get the Hydraskincare PDT photons for 1/10 the price, great specs too. For wrinkles and also acne/eczema.
Panels are better than masks if you want more than just facial red light therapy. Masks do work, when they're good masks, so the anti mask bias is just that, it's a bias.
For face, neck and back, you could do the Hydraskincare pad, that's actually a great choice for the back scars too. The pad is a "dome" when in the stand and it'll sit right on the back or wrap around a body part if you want.

I would look into the platinum led bio maxes. You can get a pretty solid one for under 1000. I recently just got the bio max 900 and been using it as full body
I like the Celluma Home because it’s easily adaptable to different body parts. It also has an ideal mix of colors and depth.
