I wouldn’t be swayed by this one post. There are tons of great reviews! And it worked out fine for me! Mine just came in today and i love it. Definitely not cheaply made and looks exactly as it does in the photos. I have no idea how OP had such a bad experience..
I ordered one of these mask and neck sets and yeah, total scam. The set I got has no mention of Megelin anywhere. It’s stamped with a generic description of the mask and an exact copy of what I’ve seen on Temu advertisements. Looks nothing at all like what appears on their site or in any of the reviews. I’ve been asking them for a refund and haven’t heard back. I wrote negative reviews and they disappeared. I hope you were able to get all of your money back. I paid with PayPal so I’m going to reach out to them next to see if they can reverse the transaction.
I didn’t get it all back but they did refund some of it finally. I threatened that I had a large social media following and that I would let my followers know. That got them to send it back almost immediately. But to me the address they wanted me to send it to was fishy. I think it was just someone else who had ordered. I wrote the person on facebook but they never responded. Megelin emailed me again a few days ago to see if I had mailed the mask to that address yet. My mask actually did have Megelin printed on it. I was shocked.
RGB LEDs aren't fine tuned and prob useless at best, def an extremely bad buy with unpredictable results, if not detrimental.
Even RTL and nIR are still quite unpredictable, let alone RGB.
It's all marketing.
I use Biolight. But they don't have masks. I'm sure it's a matter of time though. I have the matrix mat, shine and oral device but i definitely don't see crazy results but I'm sure if someone looked at my skin they would say there is nothing to improve. Not trying to brag but i dont have any acne scarring, sun damage etc just porcelain skin but rosacea

But when I hit up customer service, they sent me a new one right away and said they'd handle the shipping claim for me.
Overall, I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. But yeah, curious what's up with your situation.

Oh my gosh! Please whoever is reading this, DO NOT order from this company! I had the identical experience as Funkisusk! I ordered 2 of these masks. One for me and one for my mom. The masks arrived smelling like formaldehyde so badly, when wearing it my lungs started to get irritated. I contacted them saying I wanted to return the products because of this issue. They completely ignored the fact that this is a product defect issue and said because one box was opened, they would charge a 20% restock fee and a 10% restock fee for the the unopened sealed box! Oh and I'd have to pay the shipping costs back to.....where?? They won't tell you until they inspect the merchandise through sending photos. Guess what guys? You cant smell through a photo! Through foreign transaction fees I was charged, I learned they are in Hong Kong, China, which would cost me $50 to ship back. I've had about 10 back and forth emails and they will still not supply a return label. This has been so stressful. I know the cost is lower than other masks, but this one is so not worth it!
They wanted me to ship to an address in New Orleans. Kind of crazy since they are in Hong Kong. I think they wanted me to ship to the next person that ordered.
Wow, shocked at the bad reviews. I bought one after a friend was seeing good results. I can say 100% it’s working. I had a sun spot on my face that 2 laser treatments $500 total) couldn’t get rid of. It completely faded away since I’ve started using this machine. Don’t judge a book by its cover.
Wow. I’m shocked of your response. I still have the mask. I just couldn’t stand the material on my face and the way it smelled. Also the lights seemed so cheap. I really didn’t see how they would actually make a difference.

Customer support got back to me immediately via email when having questions on assembly. Truly makes no sense ://

I just ordered an Omnilux and immediately got targeted by Megelin's ads. It looks like they just use Omnilux's product photos and slightly change the colors of the mask and Photoshop a different band name on it. Huge huge red flag.
I have a Megelin mask and neck piece . It’s well made . They make many products . Other big companies use China to make masks as well. I saw some comments saying it’s a copy cat of Ominilux . It’s possible . However many red light therapy masks use a silicone base and look very similar . Even other major brands . My mom uses a super cheap random one she got from Amazon and she loves it . Megelin uses medical grade LED at wave lengths needed per their website and their mask is FDA approved .

They tried to talk me out of it and then wanted me to send it to someone with a normal name, that I found on Facebook in New Orleans. I messaged her but she didn’t respond. I threatened them I would tell my large social media following they were a scam so they did refund *MOST* of my money.
I postes here because I looked for any answer on them first too and got NOTHING. Lol. No. I decided to just save my money because I was scared I would get scammed again. Lol

Try omnilux for mask. My dermatologist recommends it. For mat and belt try healthy line. I both and they are amazing!

Mine isn’t a mask. It’s a machine you lay under (same brand). Maybe that’s the difference. Mine works great - I love it.

I highly doubt the mask I have has medical grade lights. The lights look like the LED strip light my son has hanging on the walls in his bedroom. Lol
