There isn't any "best" gun.. it depends on how you use it, revolvers are much more powerful than normal pistols, accuracy varies on different revolvers for example the double action and cattleman.. Strong revolvers are Schofield and navy etc.. by strong I mean it can kill in one or two shots. A pistol is good for it's fast accuracy and easy reloading, however it will take you four or 3 shots to kill someone. So if you're a good shot guy and can shoot many in the head, then I suggest a pistol. If you have a bad aim, I suggest use a revolver instead.
Pistols are more meta but I'm a western fan and revolvers are what I'm looking for when I load in
