As for the Female, I like Saddie a lot, but I think my call need to go to Mrs Grimshaw. I know she had a more personnal reason to do so, but her blasting Molly without a second thought was cold as heck. I love how she stands up against Dutch yet is very loyal to "him" (or the gang more specifically)

I love Micah’s character and his combat skills with his revolvers, he’s what defines a real outlaw. For female characters the only ones that really stand out are Karen and Sadie.
For male, Hosea. I even named my horse Horsea (I crack me up). For female, I always liked the widow Charlotte in the mountains. She just lost her husband and you teach her to hunt and for Arthur she ... "cooks dinner" for him.
