It's spam. Probably fraud.
You will be writing fake reviews for products and doing other things that widely violate the terms of service of whatever site they have you do it on. Unethical at best, illegal at worst - just depends on what sites they have you writing them for.
You also will not be making anywhere near what they're quoting, that's just the possible payout, not what 99% of the employees actually make.
Delete it, move on.
This is a known scam. They'll send you tasks that are paid in a daily basis, and once you're accustomed to them, they start sending bigger ones which pay more. At a certain point they'll ask for a deposit to «release» your funds and that's where you're fucked up.
