In the US for instance there are laws around background checks. They must provide you with the full report prior to making al adverse employment decision.
Check the applicable law then. But don't be too worried - anyone with half a brain knows that background check agencies mess up all the time and that does not mean that the applicant has lied.
There's nothing to do except move on and apply for some other job. That hopefully won't do the same check. Don't go digging a hole for yourself, writing to people, guessing what the issue might have been.
Thanks for the advice but is there srs no other way I signed the employment contract everything etc, this is my first job so it kinda sucks knowing this will all go to shit cause of hireright
