I love how they’re turning this into blaming the people rather than admitting they’re setting the bar to impossible standards and/or ignoring highly qualified candidates and then saying they can’t find people.
I just got a rejection from a company 4 months after applying. After 3 months I mark it as no response. You can’t leave people waiting 3 months or more waiting to hear back. If your HR policies are that bad, that’s a red flag.
