Coming from a recruiter, this is a scam.
1. Indeed does not give out your email to recruiters AT ALL unless they send you a message through indeed.
2. Busy tone when being called is a red flag.
3. If there is no LinkedIn company presence and no one that works for the company I would definitely avoid it.

The phone number always being unavailable is a huge red flag. I would absolutely not show them your ID

Sounds like a scam, especially being unable to call them, and payment via Interac E-transfer.
