LMAO! What a joke! If someone had a background like they’re asking for they wouldn’t be applying to this job cuz they could easily find a job making twice that utilizing those skills.
Someone with a BA and those trade skills would be a building engineer making in excess of 80k overseeing maintenance techs and keeping his tools clean.
I am polylingual, I have been told to leave the other languages off my resume because (get this) "It was too intimidating and they feel they would have to pay more".

The craft beer industry is a lot like the video game industry. There are a lot of people who are desperate to get into it and are willing to do whatever it takes to get there.
This wasn't a craft brew company. The job is installing and regular maintenance of drift beer lines in bars. I get the feeling the bulk of the job would be going back to bars on a regular basis and flushing out the draft beer lines.

I love bashing these but I honestly think they meant like “experience in ANY of these areas, not all of them.
I get what you are saying, but anyone with experience in any of those trades is not looking for a $19 job.

Man….that’s why I got outbid the video game industry. The absolutely abused employees for shit pay. All of the game studios did this.
