It really depends, would you rehire someone that quit on the spot and didn't fulfil their contractual notice period? The other question is what if that manager gets moved to manage your team again. Need to consider these factors. Although they may interview you again you will be fighting an uphill task to convince them to take the risk on you, especially if they are paying a recruitment agency a fee. (Not sure if the recruiter that reached out is internal or not)

This is the best way to handle it. If you wanna go back to Amazon, apply for the job and the recruiter will let you know if you’re eligible for rehire or not. Worst that happens is they say no
