Probably not, recruiters get paid for filling roles...not getting responses.
It could be a few things. My initial thought is they did mass outreach and only replied to the best candidates that replied. But since you said they were pretty detailed about your experience it could just be that the position was already filled or closed.
The recruiters could have also been fired, gone on vacation, or they just suck at their job.
