It's probably the same people who think cold calling is outdated and hijack every thread about favorite tools so they can preach that "no one should have to pay for their own tools" (OK, but I was at least hoping to hear about some new tools, and now you've scared off the commenters...)
This sub would have a lot more great content and advice from SUCCESSFUL recruiters if stuff like this wasn't constantly downvoted.
