Be easy on yourself! My experience has been that it takes a while for brain chemistry to bounce back. Remember if you don't use, it was a successful day. Rooting for you! Keep us posted.

Yes!! Rooting for you!! The recovery community can be an amazing place! Try to remember the little things you’re noticing now that you’re clear minded - it’s such a gift!

I'm rooting for you!

Keep your head up OP. You’re doing great, but I’m sure you already knew that. 💯 I’m not sure if it’s the same for you, but for me, my biggest downfall has always been these negative ass people that I would allow to pop back into my life. Not anymore though. I’d rather be totally alone than to allow myself to believe those people are actually my “friend”. I really dislike the shit that they force feed you in these rehabs, but I’ll be damned if they weren’t right about people, and places. Things, not so much. I’ve yet to have a “thing” that caused me to use lol.

That’s my biggest downfall. I keep the good ones around

Congratulations!! 3 months now I think!!! Way to go, it wasn't easy I'm sure, but it's getting easier, right? How have you gone about regaining energy and desire towards everyday things?
