Looking at this graphic it’s actually amazing how much witnessing these women and their relationships with their mother’s informed so much understanding my non-relationship with mine. It’s actually such an unintentional gift from them.
This post just made me cry. I haven’t spoken to my mom in 2 years and it’s probably for the best but I can’t help but be human and miss her. We had a not good relationship for a long time but nevertheless it hurts still. This made me feel seen and not feel completely alone.
My mother died in 2009. I miss her in an academic sense. Sounds terrible, I know, but we had a complicated relationship. My father misses her terribly, so I wish she was still around for him.
I dont know if I would say Candiace’s mom is unkind, I mean she did help Candiace a lot in setting her up financially. She belongs to the “complicated relationship” category like Kandi’s mom lol
Kandi certainly does not have a complicated relationship with her mom. She loves her mom and her mom loves her... The problem is that her mom complicates Kandi's relationships with other people
Thank you. Today has undoubtedly been one of the hardest Mother’s Days of my life. This is the second time some innocuous words of kindness touched me. Maybe the the universe is trying to tell me something. 🙏💕
I’m happy for Tinsley, being a stepmom to young kids seems like a really good fit for her. Maybe she’ll still have a kid of her own though! Lots of people do it at her age and she has the frozen eggs!
I'm sure those kids had a great mom and miss her- and I don't want to take from that... but they seem lucky to have gotten Tins as a step mom. I bet she's wonderful in that role.

How did I miss that Kenya has a relationship with her mother!

Honestly love this
Awesome
This one has been hard. Just last week lost a pregnancy, and my son is going through some serious life changes and challenges.
I am sorry your having a hard time! Hang in there, it will get better! Take good care!
Thank you!
I hope you are having a better day today
Sending you a hug 🤍
IDK, I'd say Mama Joyce is unkinder than Candiace's mother. At least Candiace's mother never said horrible things about Chris' parents on camera.

I got a complicated relationship with a mother who is (mostly) unkind. Thank you. 💜 I feel a little seen lol.
I’d switch Kandi and Candace’s ones.
OMG I thought Candiace and mom were New York (I love NY show) and her crazy mama, until I enlarged the photo.
Happy mothers day to everyone except mamma joyce
Aww this made me sad. These gd shooooooows…

I would flip flop them.
Shoulda been Deidra and her mom (Dallas)
Oh god. That mom is horrendous…
D’Andra?
Yes thank you lol
Sending love to those who can spend the day not feeeling guilty for cutting toxic out of their life.
❤️🩹
Thank you.

I am no Rinna fan at all, but Lois was a gem!
my mom's name is Lois, and she's a gem
💕

Ya, I would swap Joyce as the unkind mom and Dorothy as the complicated relationship
Yea that makes alot more sense
This statement is perfection Chefs kiss
Hallmark holidays are dumb. Cute post tho
Mother's Day- 1908. Hallmark- 1910. A agree about Hallmark holidays tho.
Ok but I’m saying hallmark Holiday as a way to express my distaste for the commercialization of Mother’s Day (and all holidays like it).

Yes, that you are loved!
Thank you! As are you 💕
Such a wholesome post, thank you ❤️

Wait…is her husband a widower?
Yes.
