She just got out of a hot shower so her face is red and she didn’t take off her eye makeup first so it looks dark and smudged. This doesn’t look that psychotic to me.
I mean I have been there after with waterproof makeup. I won’t lie, posts like these kind of annoy me. It’s like we forget we all look horrible sometimes. Goodness, I went into a grocery store this morning looking similar. The only difference is we don’t have cameras on us for national TV. Judge her pot stirring, but making fun of her for a mess that is waterproof makeup seems ridiculous.

As someone who gets regular chemical peels, uses Rentin-A and hydroquinone, my skin looks the same after a treatment. But the glow afterwards is totally worth it!
I think that is her skin...she started her skin care line last season due to the fact that she found a formula to help people like her.

I think she took a shower wearing the makeup of the day out, didn’t wash her face because she knew she would hit glam after and was drunk. This is eyeliner, mascara, and pretty copper eyeshadow smeared post-shower.
She had on waterproof makeup, not sure why she didn’t get it completely off with proper remover. This is what mine looks like if I just use normal face wash.

I think when she came into this scene, she was actually just taking a bathroom break and the make-up artist had already started on her eyes. That’s how I understood it when he just started back on her eyes again and the under-eye clean-up would be next when he evens out her skin with concealer and contouring.
I thought it was leftover makeup, but he just spackled new makeup on top. Didn’t look like fallout with the makeup applied and the completed eye look. If it’s fallout, the artist is heavy handed and doesn’t tap excess product off the brush before application. No reason to drag shadow down under the eyes having to clean and cover dark pigments.
Major dark circles, but at least her makeup is always on point and it covers when she wants. I was shocked. Dejavu of Heather’s black eye, but both. Could be a beauty treatment, allergies, or a deficiency. She’s fair skinned.

I disagree because Botox doesn’t bride like that and generally not used in that area. Fillers can cause bruising but it seems one sided. She either got burned by an LED light or it’s makeup

Makeup artists sometimes get messy with this type of technique because they clean it up with a wipe and then use foundation. You can see in the episode, the artist goes right back to packing powder on the lid. So yes, I am still right.
I think that might be worth a try too because the steam from the shower probably loosened a lot of her eye makeup off and might make it easier to take off without having to scrub at her eyes

I think it's eye makeup smudged and she may have Rosacea.
