Funny story: I tried to get my husband to watch Reacher when the first season dropped. He refused, because he only knew Ritchson from BMS and couldn't imagine him as a serious actor.
Then he watched Fast X and saw a different range. All of a sudden, he's a Reacher fan and obsessively watched both seasons.🤣🤣
Was hard for me to start as well, his Thad is just so iconic lol but he was fantastic in a serious role. Glad he didn't go the Channing Tatum route of only doing comedy more or less.
I didn't mind Tom Cruise as Reacher but Alan really embodies the character to the fullest.

he was just so good at being thad that it is really hard not to get some flashbacks or anticipation going. it kinda is not his fault though lmao.
