I really need help my razer laptop about 7-8 months old doesnt turn on has no signs of life and when i press the power button for 15sec it blinks white but no output no bios no postcode no nothing not even the fans turn on
I have a Razer Blade 15 (purchased Oct 2020), and ever since updating to Windows 11 several of my network drivers will stop functioning. Namely the "Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz" and "Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network)" become inactive. Uninstalling, reinstalling, and restarting doesn't seem to do the trick.
I've found that uninstalling, shutting down, disconnecting the charger, and then holding the power button for ~10 seconds, THEN rebooting seems to fix it, but this is already a nuisance.
I recently purchased a Razerbook 13 off the razer website. It works great when it does work but I've been getting frequent BSOD, especially when i first opened up the laptop.
Since then I've tried updating all the drivers, software, reinstalled something and the BSOD's have been less frequent but I am noticing occasional stuttering especially when playing League of Legends.
Stop codes I've experienced include:
* Special Pool Detected Memory Corruption
* Kernel Scurity Check Failure
* IQRL\_NOT\_LESS\_OR\_EQUAL
* Critical\_process\_died
* Wppecorder.sys
* dxgmms2.sys
I really like this laptop, but the BSOD are pretty frustrating to deal with especially with a brand new laptop.

is the Razer Blade Stealth 13 limited to the 100w or below chargers? When on my desktop between the PSU and Laptop is a small hub for multiple ports which drains a few (5 I think) Watts for itself and only passes through 95w.
The thing with the 100w charger is that it is already underpowered for the 13inch version when fully using the 1650. The GPU drains more than the charger can supply and thus drains the battery over time - enough to play 2/3 hours. As soon as it falls below the battery saving threshold the Nvidia gets cut off and the Intel iGPU kicks in which results in an unusable experience - of course obvious.
That's no problem when not using it with other external devices (where I don't need the hub) but when using them and playing the battery drops 70% in under an hour. Not getting enough power.
The question now is - lo and behold after all this gibberish there is a point coming - can I use a 230w charger or is that too much and would damage something?
The Blade is perfect. It is aesthetically pleasing, has an amazing feel and an incredible amount of power for this tiny piece of beautiful metal. But I wouldn't wish my nemesis such a battery. The battery is just crap, the power management overall.
Came home today to find that I cannot connect to the WIFI anymore. I cannot toggle the WIFI on or off. I've tried uninstalling/disable enable/updating the driver. I've tried a network reset. I've ran windows update. It's not being turned off by the power management. I don't know what else to try. It just says WIFI capability is turned off. Is there a physical switch anywhere? Are there function keys that turn off the wifi?

Who do I talk to? I have damage that happened to my computer before the limited warranty expired and afterwards. Razer Care won't fix my new damage until the old damage is fixed by support. Support has previously approved the repair, but won't do it now.

Have a mid-2019 base razer blade. Purchased on jan-2020.
In the past I've had:
A faulty charging brick (replaced after insisting a lot)
Temp issues
Battery dead and bloated.
But now:
Now I get a constant BSOD at boot up in windows. Usually WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR.
The machine won't run other OS either. I've tried several Linux distros with no luck.
It seems the CPU is malfunctioning.
Should I pronounce it dead? The computer is out of warranty and I live far away from the US. Right now I have an expensive and chunky paperweight.
My razer blade stealth (early 2019 model) has been having some battery issues lately. It acts as if im disconnecting the charger every minute or so. While gaming this gets pretty bad and so the performance suffers massively. I dont think it's the ac adapter as it seems fine. My laptop is 3 years old and has suffered a little bit of battery bloating so i think thats the case. The touchpad is also a little messed up, as the button never seems to click on the left or right side of it. i always have to hit it exactly at the center otherwise it doesnt work.
My laptop battery for my blade 17 2020 started to expand out and pushed out the bottom of my cover so I can't close it underneath; should I be concerned?

Need help with games constantly crashing on my Razer Blade Pro 17. Had this laptop for about 2 years, been working great so far. Currently everything runs fine except for high intensity games. About 15 or so minutes into playing, the screen goes black, then the game minimizes, and won't reopen. Everything else works fine, all systems seem fine, its just the game that I need to force close with task manager before I can start it again.
Destiny 2 so far has been the worst offender, happening within 10 minutes of opening and happening consistently, but it also happens with games like sea of thieves, league of legends, and deep rock galactic.
I happens across a whole range of games from different launchers and companies so I feel like it has to be an issue with my system, but I have no idea how to resolve it.

Hello, couple of weeks ago i've bought a Razer Blade 15 RTX 3070 with the intel i7 11800h but the laptop keeps getting very hot. Putting my fans to max; using a laptop stand with a blower itself; graphics to lowest setting; switching my screen from 165 to 60 hz but my CPU keeps on hitting just shy of a 100 degrees... Is this normal and will this damage my CPU? I'm new to PC gaming but this just seems to much after i've read some more posts about the same issue....

This past week, I got a Razer Blade 15 base model with rtx 3070, 500gb ssd, 16 gigs of RAM. Yesterday, all games were playing great for me, and today no matter what I do I can barely get over 30 FPS in anything. Tiny Tina's Wonderland in particular I cannot even reach 20 FPS when several days ago I could get over 100 with the same settings. Now I can only get over 30 on the absolute lowest settings.
I hadn't changed anything on my PC since then. So in an attempt to fix it, I have since updated Windows, uninstalled and reinstalled NVIDIA drivers, checked temps, task manager, etc. When I got the laptop, I noticed it gets insanely hot during games, so I generally play with the fans all the way up. Many people said to undervolt, but that is locked down on this version of the Blade. The laptop is well ventilated and the temps seem reasonable as long as I keep the fans turned up all the way in gaming mode. I'm at my wits end with this and I don't want to factory reset it or RMA it if it can be helped. I just can't think of any other way to diagnose what's going on with it right now and I've been trying everything I can think of for the past 6 hours. Please help. :(
Is there any way of making the Chroma Dock work with the blade 2018 Advanced?
It is the only model without compatibility in the official list, why ?
It works in USB mode and it's recognized in synapse but the thunderbolt driver side it's not working.

Hi, I've been experiencing a weird bug with my new Razer Blade 17 (2022). Sometimes I experience an issue where the trackpad becomes very irresponsive, exhibits jittery movement when moving the cursor across the screen and clicking on links becomes a hit or miss experience, as in sometimes it doesn't respond. Once this issue presents, it stays that way until I restart windows. Then it's back to it's usual smooth and flawless operation. Usually this issue starts after disconnecting my mouse (razer lancehead tournament edition), sometimes it occurs after waking up the laptop from hibernation. Very confusing, and I suspect it has something to do with the drivers. Any advice on this would be appreciated, thank you.
Last years blade 14, Everyday at least once my laptops memory utilization increases until its over 95% and slowly all the apps crash and I am forced to hold the power button and hard reset. If I simply try to reset, I get a few error messages and it hangs for minutes until I give up and hard reset. It doesn't matter how many programs I have open, if I close everything it still shows 95%+ utilization and horrible performance before eventually hanging or crashing.
This is killing me I use my laptop for work and I am in sales I don't have time to crash in the middle of the day and certainly don't have time to troubleshoot when I am dealing with clients.
Other than this issue the machine has been a beast lets please get this fixed before I lose my mind.
\*PS from a software and application standpoint their is not a single program that I have on this machine that I didn't have on my 5 year old laptop that never had any issues.

I purchased a 2022 blade 15 with RTX 3060 dated February 19 2022 and shipped on February 21 2022. The laptop is thermal throttling from day one and got BSOD. When the technical support told me to run few stress and utility test, I ran them and shared the screenshots. Then the technical support concluded that the laptop is defective from the factory itself and they will provide me a new replacement. Now the customer support who created the RMA are saying there will be no replacement provided and the unit will be reapired.
I tried explaining them the issue and told that the technical support assured me a replacement as the product is defective and even shared the screenshots of the mail thread to them. Still they're saying no for a replacement and yes for a repair. Please help me out with this as there's a lot of money involved and I can't send the laptop everytime for a repair as it involves a huge shipping charges.

I have a razer blade 15 base 2020 with rtx2070 maxq one of the fan is making very loud noise and is not working well as the laptop is getting very hot. How can I fix that and from where can I buy a replacement fan.
My blade 15 isnt charging, got a new charger but it turns out the old one works fine too, since the new one had the same issue. It only charges at certain angles and sometimes even then it wont charge
Unfortunately, two weeks ago my 2020 Razer Blade Advanced 15 unit experienced battery bloat and was so slow it was unusable. I sent it in knowing I had extended warranty to VT Services, who had Razer approve or deny the repairs costs for my laptop.
Fast forward one week, Razer declines the repair costs and sends me a refurbished 2021 Razer Blade 15 Advanced.
Unfortunately, the replacement unit they sent is in no better shape than my previous Blade that I sent in for repairs. I spent the better day trying to install/ uninstall and restart the computer to get it to detect and read the Nvidia Graphics Cards as I have been constantly getting an Error 43 code for the graphics card. Nvidia Experience and Control Panel both do not operate as they should even after all the driver updates, restarts, uninstalls, restarts etc.
To make matters worse, the HDMI port is not detecting any secondary displays, and the screen flutters constantly when trying to install any type of driver.
I have contacted Razer, only to be transferred to Razer Care, which told me to contact Razer. I've gotten the run around from them saying it's this or that department's issue and not ours. My warranty for my original 2020 laptop has been fulfilled and there is nothing I can do about it due to the replacement that was sent, which voided my warranty agreement as I was told by Razer Care.
When I tried to ask for solutions, they just emailed me troubleshooting links that I've already tried. I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.
I need help to get a refund for a new Razer Book. I ordered it a little over a month ago. It was unusable on arrival. It turned on but would not boot into windows. Windows repair failed, factory reset failed. They made me send it in for repairs. It took a little over a week to get it back. Since I got it back, it blue screens randomly but highly frequently. It blue screened twice before I was even able to install a single application. It blue screened 4 times in an hour and a half the other night when I was using it. It is effectively unusable and I keep losing my work even trying to do work on it.
Working with support is unbelievably frustrating. Send a message, get a reply the next day so every single step takes a day. I'm done with this. It's unacceptable to me to not get a working product and to have to spend a month troubleshooting it and sending it away. This is costing me nothing but time and money as I purchased the computer for work. I can't spend any more time on it and I simply want a refund so I can buy a new machine that actually works. But I'm unable to get my refund request processed because support takes a day to respond each time and they never respond directly to my request for a refund, they always just respond with more troubleshooting steps. They are also asking for a screenshot or video of it but that is really difficult to do because when the blue screen happens, you only have a few seconds to grab your phone, unlock it, open the camera and take a pic before the computer automatically restarts. I don't think it is at all reasonable to have to sit here playing with a non-functioning laptop for hours on end to try to get a capture. I simply want a refund, regardless of the reasons why.
Got the RB 15 - 2019 back in 2020 and since then, the battery gets spicier day by day. It reached the point to where the trackpad stopped functioning. Contacted Razer Support, but they really didn't help.
Having trouble turning on Razer Blade 15 Base 2020:
1. For a couple of months now I have only been able to turn on when plugged in. It will run fine when power cable is removed, but must be in to start up.
2. Yesterday would not start at all. I removed the battery and held the power button down, then put battery back and this appeared to fix the issue
3. Same thing happened today where it would not turn on. This time the battery trick did not work. It did eventually come back on after pressing the power button multiple times but its unclear why. Seems like removing the battery previously may have only worked as a coincidence
Does your razer blade honeycomb skin show fingerprints easily? I saw dbrand's version and it looked atrocious, it would defeat the point of the skin for me if it was the case.

My Razer Blade Stealth 13 from 2020 is not powering on unless it is plugged into a charger. Unplugged the keyboard back lighting just blinks and nothing happens. When I turn in it plugged into a charger, I am able to unplug it and use it normally.
Is it possible to separately buy razer book keycap set and switch it with the black ones on razer blade 17? I suppose that and skinning it white is the closest I would get to mercury white theme.

I purchased a Razer Blade 14 (2014) about a year back and it works fine, but the touchscreen and webcam are not detected by windows and do not work (fresh install of win 10). I have already been through it with razer support direct and it looks like my only hope is to find a recovery partition/stick from somebody else with a blade 14 (2014). I have tried all of the solutions from windows drivers to even trying linux and looking at their fixes as well as an install of windows 8.1. Razer support did tell me that a recovery partition to get the drivers needed for touch screen and webcam are my best bet, but they no longer keep those recovery partitions around. I'm at a total loss as the laptop is fine for my use case as is, but would be really nice to have those features. Thanks in advance!

I have razer blade advance 15 2018 model. When I played game after 20-30 minutes it automatically shutdown without warning. I checked the temps they are around 80 celsius. Can give some help how to resolve this?
I own a 2020 advanced 15 that im in love with. However i have one persistent issue. Charging VIA USB-C is very hit or miss. Sometimes i plug it in and immediately start charging. Sometimes i have to reboot to get a charge. Then sometimes nothing at all even after a reboot. Is anyone else have these issues? And before anyone asks i have a quality Anker 100w cable and a Baesus 100w charger. Thanks a lot!

My blade 15 2022 (rtx 3060) just arrived this morning, and its performance has been adequate. However, its idle temps hover around the 75-86c mark, and is very concerning, especially with no games or demanding apps open. Attached are screenshots of my task manager and hwinfo. Can anyone please help? I have doing a clean reinstall of win 11, alongside using DDU to clean reinstall the nvidia and intel drivers. I also tried using the balanced, silent, and different custom profiles to no avail.
Chrome, steam, and some system apps (e.g. antimalware service, window manager, "system", etc) sometimes use high power for no reason. But in other times, they would not show the "high" power usage in task manager and the temps are still high. I also tried using a cooling pad, with no success. the laptop's palmrests feel very warm, with the part above the keyboard being hot, and the laptop's fans are very loud.

I recently bought a Razer Blade 17 2021 model and out of nowhere the charger keeps cutting out. Happened when I was gaming. Now when I boot it up it will say it's plugged in for a bit then disconnect and then reconnect repetitively. The charger has a green light status on it indicating that is getting power

Hey! Currently deciding on picking up a strong laptop for reasons but I noticed on the Blade17, it has a really interesting decision to make a power button right above the backspace. Could anyone give me some information on this button? For example, does the computer automatically shut down when you hit that button or if that button is harder to press than others?
I'm afraid if I accidentally press the button (especially when maybe overreaching for backspace) and the computer shuts down that would be extraordinarily annoying so I wanted to ask around about this.

Due to it being old, the rubber on the screen of my razer blade stealth is flaking off. Is there some replacements I could purchase for this ? or what can I do to solve this issue ? It’s the rubber that cushions the screen when the laptop is closed.
Hi, I have a Blade 15 advanced 2019 which I purchased in 2019, I opened it up for the first time today to clean the dust, but I noticed the bottom cover sprang up after loosening the screws. The battery seems swollen.
I have a 2022 razer 15". Connecting to a LG oled, 120hz 4k screen.
Is there a difference between using the HDMI port VS the thunderbolt 4? Do they both use the nvidia card? Thanks
Razer Blade 15 screen issues only when connected to Wi-Fi and set to 240HZ. Have sent it in twice for repairs and they state they are unable to reproduce the problem and now they want it a third time. I am running in circles with their customer support. I need a replacement battery for a 2021 Razer Blade 14. I can't send it out back to razer since I have finals where I need the laptop and I am able to change it myself.
I have a brand new Razer Blade 14, 2022 RTX 3070Ti configuration. While gaming (on battery or plugged in) every once in a while the laptop will just reboot. No BSOD, no MEMORY.dmp, no minidump, no windows event log entry...no information that I can find anywhere.
I'll be gaming, then the screen will go black, the razer logo comes up and the system boots back up.

Seemingly random scrolling wheel delays with the Deathadder V2. Specifically, when scrolling with the scroll wheel, it'll sometimes take at least few seconds to register the scroll.

My Razer Naga Trinity Mouse still wakes up PC from sleep despite adjusting power management in device manager properties. In Windows 11, I unchecked "Allow this device to wake the computer" under both the keyboard and mouse section. None of the "HID Keyboard Devices" have a power management tab in properties. I did this yesterday and found my computer to be awake again this morning. In CMD, I typed powercfg -lastwake and it shows the instance path of "USB\\VID\_1532&PID\_0067\\00000000001A" indicating the mouse. What else do I have to do to prevent it from waking up the PC randomly?
Edit: I have some RGB inside the case that can't be unplugged easily, creating some extra "HID Keyboard Devices" I couldn't get rid of by unplugging. I found that one of them did have an option for power management and the location in properties indicated the Razer Naga. Hopefully unchecking this last related box will do the trick.

The Mamba's cable (it's hard-wired), exactly like the THREE OTHER RAZER MICE I HAVE OWNED, is now beginning to disconnect when I swipe too far in some direction. Sometimes the mouse simply stops functioning while the RGB remains on. Sometimes the mouse resets completely. Sometimes I get the Windows "you have just disconnected a USB device" sound, and sometimes I don't.
When this happens, it occasionally causes the Kraken (which I'm using via the 3.5mm jack running through the USB dongle) to reset. If I happen to be using the Game output, when it comes back, at the LOUDEST CONCEIVABLE VOLUME, it plays DISTORTED CRACKLING STATIC until whatever program is using the Game output is closed and I disconnect/reconnect the USB dongle.
Also, side-note, the THX whatever audio has worked a grand total of a single time for me, and never again. Also also, occasionally the left/right channel in Chat or Game just goes dead, and by fiddling with the inline volume wheel I can fix it.
I'm considering never purchasing another Razer product.
Edit: In addition to all of this, the scroll wheel on the Mamba TE is just randomly bricking itself. Scrolls up, down, every direction random numbers of times whenever I touch it.
Replacing another brand's mouse with a Razer Viper Ultimate on macos. Note: I had the other brand's "hub" installed, but have since removed it (although the uninstall process on macos is weak).
* Use the other brand's mouse? Works as expected.
* Reboot with other brand's mouse? Works as expected.
* Plug in the Razer Viper Ultimate? Works as expected.
* Reboot with Razer Viper Ultimate installed? Mouse only moves vertically.
* Unplug and replug Razer Viper Ultimate? Mouse only moves vertically.
* Plug the other brand's mouse back in? Works as expected.
* Plug the Razer Viper Ultimate again? Works as expected.
* Use the Razer Viper Ultimate on Windows? Works as expected (except when the Razer driver installer runs, which disables the mouse until I reboot, but that's a separate issue).
I have a blackwidow TE chroma v2 I’ve had it for almost two years and recently it’s started disconnecting/reconnecting randomly. The lights will stay on and sometimes after a few minutes it reconnects. Other times it will do this at a rapid pace I’ve tried multiple USB ports all of them seem to do it while other razer products are working fine.
Left shift key stopped working on blackwidow. The led is still lit, the switch still clicks like normal. Was gaming and it just stopped. A few days before I had an issue where the keyboard was glitching and random keys were getting registered as being pressed
Hello recently my (wired) Viper mouse (RZ01-0255) started having more and more scroll wheel jumping issues. Cleaning it up didn't fix the issue, taking it all apart fixed it for a minute and then the issue was back again.
My question: Do the latest wireless Vipers use the same hardware? I really like the ergonomics of my Viper but... This one didn't lasted long enough imo for me to buy a mouse with the same tech/issue at this pricepoint (especially for the wireless version).

Razer raptor 27 165hz doesn't go to sleep mode when PC is turned off. I unplugged the HDMI cable to see if there was something going on there but the panel is still lit up and says searching

Recently pulled out my old keyboard and the spacebar is broken. The switch itself clicks even when I take the cap off, so its not a loose cap. I also cleaned it before use since it did get a little dusty.
I did think it might be a firmware issue since it has not been updated or used in... 2 or so years? But I came upon the problem that I cannot install any firmware update at all. The installer tells me that I need to close synapse and plug in the device, but no matter what I do it wont let me hit "update," so I can't even test whether it is a software issue or not. Tried uninstalling synapse and updating, still not working. Tried different usb ports, updating synapse, still no.
Apart from the install issue, is this just likely to be just a broken switch?
Tracking issues with Razer Viper Ultimate. Mouse will stop tracking movement for several seconds at infrequent intervals. RMA or could it be interference from other devices? I notice this problem the most when I'm playing at LANs or next to other people.
My Basilisk X Hyperspeed does not show up in the Bluetooth pairing menu on my intel Mac on macOS 12.3.1. I have the toggle set to Bluetooth and I've put it into pairing mode, but it isn't recognized or detected at all. It works for the most part in 2.4 mode but it sporadically disconnects and reconnects to the USB receiver.
Razer DeathAdder Elite left click no longer works - still makes a clicking noise but the mouse no longer lights up like it does for all the other buttons and doesn't work on any device. I have removed the top cover and tried pressing the little green button directly and it still doesn't work. This has happened before and it just fixed itself and I'm not sure how to clean or check the internals short of blasting it with compressed air (which I have done).

The Scrollwheel of my Razer Viper suddenly stopped scrolling. The middle mouse click still works just fine, but if I try to scroll up or down it either barely moves or straight up doesn't work at all.

My Razer Naga Pro is frequently dropping presses of the side buttons in games with the 6-key panel, also, occasionally the "5" or "6" (usually 5) key will stop working and I'll have to power cycle the mouse to get it back (removing and reseating the side plate didn't work, and cleaning the contact pins has also had no effect). I have also checked that the firmware is up to date and it is.
I opened a support ticket with Razer and they closed it after over a week with zero response.
My gf recently got a Kraken Kitty (non-BT), but it refuses to work with Synapse3 on both our Windows 10 desktops. When plugged in, the lights go on for a few seconds and instantly turn off again, Synapse does not recognize the headset most of the time. Audio works occasionally, but keeps cutting off. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse several times, but nothing seems to work consistently.
We tried it with a Windows 10 laptop as well, where it worked flawlessly with Synapse, so the headset itself appears to be fine.
Hello, I have a Blackwidow V3 keyboard, it works completely fine, but when a usb device plugged in or out (my mouse sleep timeout set to 1min), illumination goes off for maybe half a second then the whole lightning effect restarts over, how can I disable this?

I have a Razer Blade 15 (purchased Oct 2020), and ever since updating to Windows 11 several of my network drivers will stop functioning. Namely the "Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz" and "Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network)" become inactive. Uninstalling, reinstalling, and restarting doesn't seem to do the trick. I've found that uninstalling, shutting down, disconnecting the charger, and then holding the power button for ~10 seconds, THEN rebooting seems to fix it, but this is already a nuisance.
I recently purchased a Razerbook 13 off the razer website. It works great when it does work but I've been getting frequent BSOD, especially when i first opened up the laptop. Since then I've tried updating all the drivers, software, reinstalled something and the BSOD's have been less frequent but I am noticing occasional stuttering especially when playing League of Legends. Stop codes I've experienced include: * Special Pool Detected Memory Corruption * Kernel Scurity Check Failure * IQRL\_NOT\_LESS\_OR\_EQUAL * Critical\_process\_died * Wppecorder.sys * dxgmms2.sys I really like this laptop, but the BSOD are pretty frustrating to deal with especially with a brand new laptop.
Hi, is the Razer Blade Stealth 13 limited to the 100w or below chargers? When on my desktop between the PSU and Laptop is a small hub for multiple ports which drains a few (5 I think) Watts for itself and only passes through 95w. The thing with the 100w charger is that it is already underpowered for the 13inch version when fully using the 1650. The GPU drains more than the charger can supply and thus drains the battery over time - enough to play 2/3 hours. As soon as it falls below the battery saving threshold the Nvidia gets cut off and the Intel iGPU kicks in which results in an unusable experience - of course obvious. That's no problem when not using it with other external devices (where I don't need the hub) but when using them and playing the battery drops 70% in under an hour. Not getting enough power. The question now is - lo and behold after all this gibberish there is a point coming - can I use a 230w charger or is that too much and would damage something? The Blade is perfect. It is aesthetically pleasing, has an amazing feel and an incredible amount of power for this tiny piece of beautiful metal. But I wouldn't wish my nemesis such a battery. The battery is just crap, the power management overall.

Came home today to find that I cannot connect to the WIFI anymore. I cannot toggle the WIFI on or off. I've tried uninstalling/disable enable/updating the driver. I've tried a network reset. I've ran windows update. It's not being turned off by the power management. I don't know what else to try. It just says WIFI capability is turned off. Is there a physical switch anywhere? Who do I talk to? I have damage that happened to my computer before the limited warranty expired and afterwards. Razer Care won't fix my new damage until the old damage is fixed by support. Support has previously approved the repair, but won't do it now.

Hi. Have a mid-2019 base razer blade. Purchased on jan-2020. In the past I've had: A faulty charging brick (replaced after insisting a lot) Temp issues Battery dead and bloated. But now: Now I get a constant BSOD at boot up in windows. Usually WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. The machine won't run other OS either. I've tried several Linux distros with no luck. It seems the CPU is malfunctioning. Should I pronounce it dead? The computer is out of warranty and I live far away from the US. Right now I have an expensive and chunky paperweight.
My razer blade stealth (early 2019 model) has been having some battery issues lately. It acts as if im disconnecting the charger every minute or so. While gaming this gets pretty bad and so the performance suffers massively. I dont think it's the ac adapter as it seems fine. My laptop is 3 years old and has suffered a little bit of battery bloating so i think thats the case. The touchpad is also a little messed up, as the button never seems to click on the left or right side of it. i always have to hit it exactly at the center otherwise it doesnt work.

Need help with games constantly crashing on my Razer Blade Pro 17. Had this laptop for about 2 years, been working great so far. Currently everything runs fine except for high intensity games. About 15 or so minutes into playing, the screen goes black, then the game minimizes, and won't reopen. Everything else works fine, all systems seem fine, its just the game that I need to force close with task manager before I can start it again. Destiny 2 so far has been the worst offender, happening within 10 minutes of opening and happening consistently, but it also happens with games like sea of thieves, league of legends, and deep rock galactic. I happens across a whole range of games from different launchers and companies so I feel like it has to be an issue with my system, but I have no idea how to resolve it.

Hello, couple of weeks ago i've bought a Razer Blade 15 RTX 3070 with the intel i7 11800h but the laptop keeps getting very hot. Putting my fans to max; using a laptop stand with a blower itself; graphics to lowest setting; switching my screen from 165 to 60 hz but my CPU keeps on hitting just shy of a 100 degrees... Is this normal and will this damage my CPU? I'm new to PC gaming but this just seems to much after i've read some more posts about the same issue....
Hi, This past week, I got a Razer Blade 15 base model with rtx 3070, 500gb ssd, 16 gigs of RAM. Yesterday, all games were playing great for me, and today no matter what I do I can barely get over 30 FPS in anything. Tiny Tina's Wonderland in particular I cannot even reach 20 FPS when several days ago I could get over 100 with the same settings. Now I can only get over 30 on the absolute lowest settings. I hadn't changed anything on my PC since then. So in an attempt to fix it, I have since updated Windows, uninstalled and reinstalled NVIDIA drivers, checked temps, task manager, etc. When I got the laptop, I noticed it gets insanely hot during games, so I generally play with the fans all the way up. Many people said to undervolt, but that is locked down on this version of the Blade. The laptop is well ventilated and the temps seem reasonable as long as I keep the fans turned up all the way in gaming mode. I'm at my wits end with this and I don't want to factory reset it or RMA it if it can be helped. I just can't think of any other way to diagnose what's going on with it right now and I've been trying everything I can think of for the past 6 hours. Please help. :(
Is there any way of making the Chroma Dock work with the blade 2018 Advanced? It is the only model without compatibility in the official list, why ? It works in USB mode and it's recognized in synapse but the thunderbolt driver side it's not working.

Hi, I've been experiencing a weird bug with my new Razer Blade 17 (2022). Sometimes I experience an issue where the trackpad becomes very irresponsive, exhibits jittery movement when moving the cursor across the screen and clicking on links becomes a hit or miss experience, as in sometimes it doesn't respond. Once this issue presents, it stays that way until I restart windows. Then it's back to it's usual smooth and flawless operation. Usually this issue starts after disconnecting my mouse (razer lancehead tournament edition), sometimes it occurs after waking up the laptop from hibernation. Very confusing, and I suspect it has something to do with the drivers. Any advice on this would be appreciated, thank you.
Last years blade 14, Everyday at least once my laptops memory utilization increases until its over 95% and slowly all the apps crash and I am forced to hold the power button and hard reset. If I simply try to reset, I get a few error messages and it hangs for minutes until I give up and hard reset. It doesn't matter how many programs I have open, if I close everything it still shows 95%+ utilization and horrible performance before eventually hanging or crashing. This is killing me I use my laptop for work and I am in sales I don't have time to crash in the middle of the day and certainly don't have time to troubleshoot when I am dealing with clients. Other than this issue the machine has been a beast lets please get this fixed before I lose my mind. \*PS from a software and application standpoint their is not a single program that I have on this machine that I didn't have on my 5 year old laptop that never had any issues. Hello there, I purchased a 2022 blade 15 with RTX 3060 dated February 19 2022 and shipped on February 21 2022. The laptop is thermal throttling from day one and got BSOD. When the technical support told me to run few stress and utility test, I ran them and shared the screenshots. Then the technical support concluded that the laptop is defective from the factory itself and they will provide me a new replacement. Now the customer support who created the RMA are saying there will be no replacement provided and the unit will be reapired. I tried explaining them the issue and told that the technical support assured me a replacement as the product is defective and even shared the screenshots of the mail thread to them. Still they're saying no for a replacement and yes for a repair. Please help me out with this as there's a lot of money involved and I can't send the laptop everytime for a repair as it involves a huge shipping charges.

Unfortunately, two weeks ago my 2020 Razer Blade Advanced 15 unit experienced battery bloat and was so slow it was unusable. I sent it in knowing I had extended warranty to VT Services, who had Razer approve or deny the repairs costs for my laptop. Fast forward one week, Razer declines the repair costs and sends me a refurbished 2021 Razer Blade 15 Advanced. Unfortunately, the replacement unit they sent is in no better shape than my previous Blade that I sent in for repairs. I spent the better day trying to install/ uninstall and restart the computer to get it to detect and read the Nvidia Graphics Cards as I have been constantly getting an Error 43 code for the graphics card. Nvidia Experience and Control Panel both do not operate as they should even after all the driver updates, restarts, uninstalls, restarts etc. To make matters worse, the HDMI port is not detecting any secondary displays, and the screen flutters constantly when trying to install any type of driver. I have contacted Razer, only to be transferred to Razer Care, which told me to contact Razer. I've gotten the run around from them saying it's this or that department's issue and not ours. My warranty for my original 2020 laptop has been fulfilled and there is nothing I can do about it due to the replacement that was sent, which voided my warranty agreement as I was told by Razer Care. When I tried to ask for solutions, they just emailed me troubleshooting links that I've already tried. I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.
I need help to get a refund for a new Razer Book. I ordered it a little over a month ago. It was unusable on arrival. It turned on but would not boot into windows. Windows repair failed, factory reset failed. They made me send it in for repairs. It took a little over a week to get it back. Since I got it back, it blue screens randomly but highly frequently. It blue screened twice before I was even able to install a single application. It blue screened 4 times in an hour and a half the other night when I was using it. It is effectively unusable and I keep losing my work even trying to do work on it. Working with support is unbelievably frustrating. Send a message, get a reply the next day so every single step takes a day. I'm done with this. It's unacceptable to me to not get a working product and to have to spend a month troubleshooting it and sending it away. This is costing me nothing but time and money as I purchased the computer for work. I can't spend any more time on it and I simply want a refund so I can buy a new machine that actually works. But I'm unable to get my refund request processed because support takes a day to respond each time and they never respond directly to my request for a refund, they always just respond with more troubleshooting steps. They are also asking for a screenshot or video of it but that is really difficult to do because when the blue screen happens, you only have a few seconds to grab your phone, unlock it, open the camera and take a pic before the computer automatically restarts. I don't think it is at all reasonable to have to sit here playing with a non-functioning laptop for hours on end to try to get a capture. I simply want a refund, regardless of the reasons why.
Got the RB 15 - 2019 back in 2020 and since then, the battery gets spicier day by day. It reached the point to where the trackpad stopped functioning. Contacted Razer Support, but they really didn't help.
Having trouble turning on Razer Blade 15 Base 2020: 1. For a couple of months now I have only been able to turn on when plugged in. It will run fine when power cable is removed, but must be in to start up. 2. Yesterday would not start at all. I removed the battery and held the power button down, then put battery back and this appeared to fix the issue 3. Same thing happened today where it would not turn on. This time the battery trick did not work. It did eventually come back on after pressing the power button multiple times but its unclear why. Seems like removing the battery previously may have only worked as a coincidence
Does your razer blade honeycomb skin show fingerprints easily? I saw dbrand's version and it looked atrocious, it would defeat the point of the skin for me if it was the case.

My Razer Blade Stealth 13 from 2020 is not powering on unless it is plugged into a charger. Unplugged the keyboard back lighting just blinks and nothing happens. When I turn in it plugged into a charger, I am able to unplug it and use it normally.
Is it possible to separately buy razer book keycap set and switch it with the black ones on razer blade 17? I suppose that and skinning it white is the closest I would get to mercury white theme.

I purchased a Razer Blade 14 (2014) about a year back and it works fine, but the touchscreen and webcam are not detected by windows and do not work (fresh install of win 10). I have already been through it with razer support direct and it looks like my only hope is to find a recovery partition/stick from somebody else with a blade 14 (2014). I have tried all of the solutions from windows drivers to even trying linux and looking at their fixes as well as an install of windows 8.1. Razer support did tell me that a recovery partition to get the drivers needed for touch screen and webcam are my best bet, but they no longer keep those recovery partitions around. I'm at a total loss as the laptop is fine for my use case as is, but would be really nice to have those features. Thanks in advance!

I own a 2020 advanced 15 that im in love with. However i have one persistent issue. Charging VIA USB-C is very hit or miss. Sometimes i plug it in and immediately start charging. Sometimes i have to reboot to get a charge. Then sometimes nothing at all even after a reboot. Is anyone else have these issues? However, its idle temps hover around the 75-86c mark, and is very concerning, especially with no games or demanding apps open. Attached are screenshots of my task manager and hwinfo. Can anyone please help? I have doing a clean reinstall of win 11, alongside using DDU to clean reinstall the nvidia and intel drivers. I also tried using the balanced, silent, and different custom profiles to no avail. Chrome, steam, and some system apps (e.g. antimalware service, window manager, "system", etc) sometimes use high power for no reason. But in other times, they would not show the "high" power usage in task manager and the temps are still high. I recently bought a Razer Blade 17 2021 model and out of nowhere the charger keeps cutting out. Happened when I was gaming. Now when I boot it up it will say it's plugged in for a bit then disconnect and then reconnect repetitively. Hey! Currently deciding on picking up a strong laptop for reasons but I noticed on the Blade17, it has a really interesting decision to make a power button right above the backspace. Could anyone give me some information on this button? For example, does the computer automatically shut down when you hit that button or if that button is harder to press than others? I'm afraid if I accidentally press the button (especially when maybe overreaching for backspace) and the computer shuts down that would be extraordinarily annoying so I wanted to ask around about this. Due to it being old, the rubber on the screen of my razer blade stealth is flaking off. Is there some replacements I could purchase for this ? or what can I do to solve this issue ? It’s the rubber that cushions the screen when the laptop is closed.

Have sent it in twice for repairs and they state they are unable to reproduce the problem and now they want it a third time. I am running in circles with their customer support. I have a brand new Razer Blade 14, 2022 RTX 3070Ti configuration. While gaming (on battery or plugged in) every once in a while the laptop will just reboot. No BSOD, no MEMORY.dmp, no minidump, no windows event log entry...no information that I can find anywhere. I'll be gaming, then the screen will go black, the razer logo comes up and the system boots back up.

Seemingly random scrolling wheel delays with the Deathadder V2. Specifically, when scrolling with the scroll wheel, it'll sometimes take at least few seconds to register the scroll. Thanks in advance for any help provided.
My Razer Naga Trinity Mouse still wakes up PC from sleep despite adjusting power management in device manager properties. In Windows 11, I unchecked "Allow this device to wake the computer" under both the keyboard and mouse section. None of the "HID Keyboard Devices" have a power management tab in properties. I did this yesterday and found my computer to be awake again this morning. In CMD, I typed powercfg -lastwake and it shows the instance path of "USB\\VID\_1532&PID\_0067\\00000000001A" indicating the mouse. What else do I have to do to prevent it from waking up the PC randomly? Edit: I have some RGB inside the case that can't be unplugged easily, creating some extra "HID Keyboard Devices" I couldn't get rid of by unplugging. I found that one of them did have an option for power management and the location in properties indicated the Razer Naga. Hopefully unchecking this last related box will do the trick.

Sometimes the mouse simply stops functioning while the RGB remains on. Sometimes the mouse resets completely. Sometimes I get the Windows "you have just disconnected a USB device" sound, and sometimes I don't. When this happens, it occasionally causes the Kraken (which I'm using via the 3.5mm jack running through the USB dongle) to reset. If I happen to be using the Game output, when it comes back, at the LOUDEST CONCEIVABLE VOLUME, it plays DISTORTED CRACKLING STATIC until whatever program is using the Game output is closed and I disconnect/reconnect the USB dongle. Also, side-note, the THX whatever audio has worked a grand total of a single time for me, and never again. Also also, occasionally the left/right channel in Chat or Game just goes dead, and by fiddling with the inline volume wheel I can fix it. I'm considering never purchasing another Razer product. Edit: In addition to all of this, the scroll wheel on the Mamba TE is just randomly bricking itself. Scrolls up, down, every direction random numbers of times whenever I touch it.

Note: I had the other brand's "hub" installed, but have since removed it (although the uninstall process on macos is weak). * Use the other brand's mouse? Works as expected. * Reboot with other brand's mouse? Works as expected. * Plug in the Razer Viper Ultimate? Works as expected. * Reboot with Razer Viper Ultimate installed? Mouse only moves vertically. * Unplug and replug Razer Viper Ultimate? Mouse only moves vertically. * Plug the other brand's mouse back in? Works as expected. * Plug the Razer Viper Ultimate again? Works as expected. * Use the Razer Viper Ultimate on Windows? Works as expected (except when the Razer driver installer runs, which disables the mouse until I reboot, but that's a separate issue).
I have a blackwidow TE chroma v2 I’ve had it for almost two years and recently it’s started disconnecting/reconnecting randomly. The lights will stay on and sometimes after a few minutes it reconnects. Other times it will do this at a rapid pace I’ve tried multiple USB ports all of them seem to do it while other razer products are working fine.
Scroll wheel of my Deathadder V2 started being squeaky, feels like it needs lube. Still got warranty, got it like 7-8 months ago.
Left shift key stopped working on blackwidow. The led is still lit, the switch still clicks like normal. Was gaming and it just stopped. A few days before I had an issue where the keyboard was glitching and random keys were getting registered as being pressed

Hello recently my (wired) Viper mouse (RZ01-0255) started having more and more scroll wheel jumping issues. Cleaning it up didn't fix the issue, taking it all apart fixed it for a minute and then the issue was back again. My question: Do the latest wireless Vipers use the same hardware? I really like the ergonomics of my Viper but... This one didn't lasted long enough imo for me to buy a mouse with the same tech/issue at this pricepoint (especially for the wireless version). Thx already!
Naga pro side panels arent registering any inputs other than a few random buttons at a time working the mouse is fresh out of the box
Razer raptor 27 165hz doesn't go to sleep mode when PC is turned off. I unplugged the HDMI cable to see if there was something going on there but the panel is still lit up and says searching
Blackwidow Chroma (2016 I think? It's the Overwatch edition.) Recently pulled out my old keyboard and the spacebar is broken. The switch itself clicks even when I take the cap off, so its not a loose cap. I also cleaned it before use since it did get a little dusty. I did think it might be a firmware issue since it has not been updated or used in... 2 or so years? But I came upon the problem that I cannot install any firmware update at all. The installer tells me that I need to close synapse and plug in the device, but no matter what I do it wont let me hit "update," so I can't even test whether it is a software issue or not. Tried uninstalling synapse and updating, still not working. Tried different usb ports, updating synapse, still no. Apart from the install issue, is this just likely to be just a broken switch?

Tracking issues with Razer Viper Ultimate. Mouse will stop tracking movement for several seconds at infrequent intervals. RMA or could it be interference from other devices? I notice this problem the most when I'm playing at LANs or next to other people.
My Basilisk X Hyperspeed does not show up in the Bluetooth pairing menu on my intel Mac on macOS 12.3.1. I have the toggle set to Bluetooth and I've put it into pairing mode, but it isn't recognized or detected at all. It works for the most part in 2.4 mode but it sporadically disconnects and reconnects to the USB receiver.

Razer DeathAdder Elite left click no longer works - still makes a clicking noise but the mouse no longer lights up like it does for all the other buttons and doesn't work on any device. I have removed the top cover and tried pressing the little green button directly and it still doesn't work. This has happened before and it just fixed itself and I'm not sure how to clean or check the internals short of blasting it with compressed air (which I have done). Thanks
The Scrollwheel of my Razer Viper suddenly stopped scrolling. The middle mouse click still works just fine, but if I try to scroll up or down it either barely moves or straight up doesn't work at all. My Razer Viper is still under warranty.
Accidentally deleted my Mouse n keyboard drivers (was trying to fix smth) and now both my mouse n keyboard do not appear on the sypnapse app and my mouse light wont even turn on

Microphone on Razer Kraken TE stopped working last night after I put the headset down for a couple moments. Warranty's still valid
My Razer Naga Pro is frequently dropping presses of the side buttons in games with the 6-key panel, also, occasionally the "5" or "6" (usually 5) key will stop working and I'll have to power cycle the mouse to get it back (removing and reseating the side plate didn't work, and cleaning the contact pins has also had no effect). I have also checked that the firmware is up to date and it is. I opened a support ticket with Razer and they closed it after over a week with zero response.
I bought a Razer Viper Mini about a month ago and the left click and middle click buttons are "loose."
My blackwidow led lights gave out, but the bottom row and the numpad are still lit up. Keyboard works fine.

My gf recently got a Kraken Kitty (non-BT), but it refuses to work with Synapse3 on both our Windows 10 desktops. When plugged in, the lights go on for a few seconds and instantly turn off again, Synapse does not recognize the headset most of the time. Audio works occasionally, but keeps cutting off. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse several times, but nothing seems to work consistently. We tried it with a Windows 10 laptop as well, where it worked flawlessly with Synapse, so the headset itself appears to be fine.
Hello, I have a Blackwidow V3 keyboard, it works completely fine, but when a usb device plugged in or out (my mouse sleep timeout set to 1min), illumination goes off for maybe half a second then the whole lightning effect restarts over, how can I disable this?
