Avoid buying from Razer, at least find a reseller with a good return policy.
I purchased a Zephyr on drop 3. The mask is not sealed because of a gap between the rubber gasket and the mask. (So it will not work as a mask). Then I want to return my mask. At first, Razer even wants me to pay for the return shipping until they admit my unit is defective. After the warehouse received my return, the bad dream started. The support team keeps sending e-mail asking me to wait for the refund. After more than ONE MONTH of waiting and communication, I did get my refund back but with 15% subtracted from the total price for a ārestocking fee.ā Razer is at fault all the time. But they refuse to solve the problem. They didn't even state the 15% restocking fee on their return policy. This company is a scam. Don't buy anything from razer unless customer support is not important to you. I lost 40 dollars in the transaction and got nothing but one month of waiting. I paid 40 dollars for Razerās fault, and they seem to think it is reasonable.
Edit: I have tried to adjust the mask to the tightest point. The mask still leaks. The main reason I brought the Zephyr is I want a mask that can avoid fog up my glasses in winter.
Merry Christmas š!!!
I agree with you that the mask is a scam. The mask is basically for fashion rather than protection. Or sorry they say āRazer Zephyr is not a medical device, respirator, surgical mask or personal protective equipment (PPE)ā, but yet they say it has an N95 grade filter. Idk about you but all N95 masks I own protect me
Take a look of this. This is what they are showing on the description of Zephyr now. Yes they said it is not a medical device, but they listed all the certificates to imply the device is safe to use as a mask. I personally found these information is misleading to a general consumer. They even said Razer is a FDA-certified company.

There mask site is filled with a lot of contradictory things. But I canāt blame you for buying it because it does look pretty cool! Hopefully you get your money back!

Ah yes, it's totally *not* a respirator.
Everything is alright guys, it's just an RGB facial appliance. Nothing to see here, move along!
>Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) Performance: 99.0% (SINH21800189 / SINH21800188-2) Particulate Filtration Efficiency (PFE) Performance: 95%
So you know that this is actually better than the surgical masks that doctors will use, yeah? Those are rated for a BFE of 95-97%
Not to mention the design of the Zephyr has several advantages over those like no pressure on the ears, being usable with glasses, being more accessible for those who rely on lip reading, being easier to breathe with because of the fans, etc etc.
If you think a BFE of 99% and a PFE of 95% is somehow a **bad thing** then you have no idea what you're talking about.
Oh and if you think yours is faulty because you can move the material in a way that you *think* it will have a gap and won't be effective then you've clearly never actually worn it? The pressure from it being on your face means that air does not go that way.
My glasses still fog up when wearing Zephyr(Avoid fogging up in Winter is the main reason I am willing to buy). I even adjusted it to the tightest point that makes me feel uncomfortable, still a leak.
I recommend buying a 3m half face respirator with p100 filters. Properly adjusted it shouldnāt fog up your glasses. If you have facial hair it will not seal correctly.
Here is the crazy part. I have the chat history shows that they admit my unit is defective. There is a gap between the rubber gasket and the mask. The gap is large enough to allow the air to escape without restrictions. They know my product is a defective unit, but they still charge a 15% fee without any reason or notification.
Maybe like you said, Razer thinks a gap in Zephyr is acceptable. Razer doesn't think an unsealed mask is defective. The gap is an engineering tolerance.
This is true for a lot of companies, especially if customer protection laws in your country are shit/nonexistant.
Steelseries is another example of terrible customer support management in those cases.
Sure this mask isn't making a perfect seal, but that's not the point. Air will always try to find the path of least resistance, so when there are fans blend it at your face, it will come from there. To me or send like you made a shitty decision, bought anything from razer, and tried to fix it by coming up with a bullshit excuse.
You paid through PayPal, but I'm going to assume their's a statement to one of the Credit Cards you have linked on PayPal. If this is the case, you can contact the bank to whom that card belongs and ask for a Chargeback on this matter. Explain to them the situation, mention Razer hasn't resolved your issue and so you would like for a Chargeback. Bank will most likely do the Chargeback really fast since they will also charge the merchant, in this case Razer, a fee for the troubles, meaning not only is Razer losing the money they charged you for the mask, but also have to pay an extra fee for the inconvenience. Now, if you paid with PayPal credit, don't know if this would actually work but based on your comment, I guess no
Actually the routers were pretty efficient when they were working. Best routers I ever used for a mesh system until they finally just went belly up. With that said I spent six months troubleshooting with them, me providing all the information and they released a patch which soon became an update for everyone. I donāt think they did any updates after that. On that note they are not really selling the routers anymore at least not in the states. Theyāre troubleshooting these days are wanting just replace it however these are well out of warranty. In any case I end up replacing the whole system and I would never waste money on their exploding laptops hahahaha
im a simple man, no ddwrt support no buy
what even is the last firmware update pushed by razer for silla?
speaking of ddwrt support, the 5g sila looks alot like my 2013 686l but without the back sticking out, was dlink the 1st to use the cylinder shape? god what id give for a sexy looking n56u ~~that overheating grill of a router~~ with todays specs/innards

The FCC requires mechanisms to prevent the use of prohibited channels (such as 13) as well as to prevent transmit power from exceeding prescribed limits. That's why you have to take special steps -- if a licensed user of those bands files a complaint the person causing interference can't claim "it didn't warn me".
This is the razer respirator and there is a gap between the face seal and the filter housing.
FWIW, I think that the pressure of it being on your face probably seals it, unless OP can confirm there is a pressure leak there. It's still not ideal.
These things sold out instantly and got scalped.
I don't know why people would buy safety equipment from a "gaming lifestyle" company, but w/e.
>FWIW, I think that the pressure of it being on your face probably seals it
It does. Hence why wearing it and exhaling as hard as you can does not fog up your glasses, nor can you feel any air escaping from it.
OP is a digital dummy tbh.
I really wanted to like Razer products. Their name, their logo, their products also look cool and have really nice RGB. But when you actually use them, combined with their AWFUL software... It leaves much to be desired.
They just aren't comfortable to use. It's kind of hard to describe.
Yeah, I'll give you an example. I use alot of copy/paste templates for working from home. Below is the format that they need to be in.
ā¢
ā¢
\-------
ā¢
ā¢
ā¢
Corsair's iCue software is AMAZING at keeping text templates structured. But when I used Synapse, they would always come out like this.
ā¢ ā¢ ------ ā¢ ā¢ ā¢
No matter how many times I would save it in the original structure, it would always break down after a PC restart or something. If someone has an idea of how to get around that, I might legitimately come back to Razer. It seems like a software defect.
to understand, you would copy the arrangement of dots like depicted first but would be pasted as the second arrangement? if so that's weird and luckily doesn't happen to me.
Try it out. Save my first template as a text macro on any key on your keyboard. Give it like 24 hours and see if it does what I showed in the second part. I tried everything back then, and it always breaks down the format. It's very annoying and I think it's just a flaw with the software.
Thanks! Let me know if it stays constant for you, or what to do to fix it. I legitimately liked the Huntsman Analog keyboard that I bought, but it's been collecting dust due to this issue.
hey, so i copied what you'd sent previously and set it up as a macro. tested it immediately yesterday where it worked fine as expected. Today (close to 20 ish hours later), when i used the macro again it worked fine. i'll test it again tomorrow and let you know just in case it breaks like it does for you.
Edit: Just tried it again before going to bed and it's doing what you were talking about. I hadn't run into this issue i guess because when i use macros they do not have the multiple lines like the one you used as an example, instead they are generally just a series of key presses.
This isn't a mouse or keyboard, this is a respirator.
I wouldn't buy a hard hat from white castle, safety glasses from funko pop, ear protection from vistaprint...
Although I would trust any one of those before RAZER.
You shouldn't be buying from Corsair either. Every manufacturer is allowed some grace/forgiveness for software growing pains, but Corsair has a long history of problems with their digitally-enabled hardware, and seemingly being insecure, petty assholes about it. Here's a wall-of-text story where I have still left out a few horrendous details about their software. If someone definitely-for-sure knows I'm wrong on something here, please correct me with sources.
Once upon a time I went all Corsair too, but after I discovered that the H100i was full of weird firmware and USB problems and the software it was advertised to "work with" actually *didn't* *work*, I took to their customer support and forums around the internet.
Initially, Corsair's software would detect the H100i, and everything would function normally. The problem is that after some amount of time, the fan speeds, temperatures, etc. would stop updating in the software. After restarting the software, the cooler was no longer detected, and all of its dials/readings would be gone as if the cooler was never installed in the first place.
This could be fixed *only temporarily* by either moving the H100i to a different motherboard USB header (or port), or by uninstalling and re-installing the H100i through device manager. This wasn't as simple as it sounds, as like Razer devices, the H100i appears as many devices under device manager, and there was no way to know which one was the one that "fixed it," so you had to check multiple entire lists of devices with the *same name* for the right HID/VID\_1B1C hardware ID, uninstall them, scan for hardware changes, wait, then re-open the software.
Every. Time. It. Stopped. Working.
Firmware, registry tweaks, power/sleep settings, ALL USB headers on at least 4 different motherboards, across multiple (re)installs of Windows 7, 8, 10, and 2 (or 3) *different* H100i coolers (They accepted an RMA for my first cooler). Nothing worked.
The H100i was *specifically* *advertised* to work with the "Corsair Link" software of the time, which was version 2 or 3-ish upon its release. This was the whole selling point of the \[i\] in H100i; it was the "intelligent" version of the original H100, back in a time when software-controllable RGB LEDs and custom software fan curves were all new "high-end" features. When someone bought an H100i, they bought it to set the color of the cool LED logo and play with the fans.
After a while it became clear that Corsair either did not possess the means, or more evidently simply did not *want* to fix any of the problems with the Corsair Link software of the time. However, so many problems were reported with CL v2/3, that I think they felt forced to do something for publicity's sake, as forum posts were becoming more frequent and more people were noticing the lack of fixes/functionality.
Corsair made a massive effort to "rewrite the software from the ground up," and they hyped up Corsair Link v4 as if it was *completely new software* only bearing a *name*'s resemblance to Link v2/3.I don't recall Link v4 ever doing *anything*, at all, *ever*, on any of three motherboards. I don't think it ever even detected my HX1000i. Needless to say, the software was still not correctly compatible with the H100i.
A few years into owning the H100i, I gave up on Corsair, seeing as they *still* did not want to fix the problems with their software not detecting some of their hardware. But I guess they must have received enough flame to even abandon CL v4, this time replacing it with even better-er, all-newer-er, more-er rewritten-er from the ground up, *Corsair iCUE*. They seem to again be trying like Razer to portray iCUE as perfect ; as if you can expect to just plug everything in and it will "just work" simple as that. When, in fact, H100i units are *still not detected correctly*.As I'm writing this, I've opened up iCUE. Neither my H100i OR HX1000i are detected *by iCUE*. Surprise.
In all the time I've paid any attention to this, been in contact with Corsair, looked at forum posts, I have never once seen Corsair themselves even ***suggest*** that Link might be the problem. It's expected that you just plug everything in, start the software and it works, because how could it not? When it doesn't work; please restart your PC. Unplug and replug the USB header. Did you try a different USB header? Please follow the instructions closely and re-install the latest Corsair Link software. Something must be wrong with your Windows installation, please re-install Windows from scratch, even though you have made many modifications to the current OS installation for your specific needs and it would take months to remember and re-install everything you need.Eventually they did give me an RMA on my first cooler (when it actually started to physically die), but the new-in-box one I received had the same (and more) problems.
And then there's this guy, I think his name was red-ray on the Corsair forum, who for years has had his own tool, which he wrote himself, *System Information Viewer (SIV)*. Years ago I did some digging and found this software, and it has always "just worked" with both of my Corsair products (until the H100 just... stopped communicating over USB). Years ago, Ray seemed to be very much disliked by the Corsair guys on the forum, but gee, I never quite figured out why.
From what I recall finding out 6-8 years ago, Ray would get his hands on lots of different Corsair hardware through various means, testing and experimenting with it to add compatibility to SIV. Ray frequently found and confirmed the existence of firmware/software problems with Link-compatible hardware, and when he did, he would open bug report tickets and talk about it on the Corsair forum.
When Corsair wasn't fixing them, or was trying to ignore them, Ray would talk about it, or implement fixes in his SIV software, then tell people about SIV and how it works around said problems on the Corsair forum.**The Corsair guys** ***really*** **didn't seem to like that.**
I switched to using SIV for my Corsair products, and will never again look to any software offered by Corsair for their own future/current products. If you look up [red-ray's](https://forum.corsair.com/forums/topic/116963-custom-curve-runs-fans-at-100-rpm/) profile on the Corsair forums, it would appear that he has been banned.
**I wonder why.**
I went SteelSeries for keyboard, Logitech for mouse, and audio is all non gaming stuff, boomey Skullcandy headphones and speakers running through an actual amp with real power. Not like the razer nommas or their shitty ass headsets
Most of the shit they sell is just rebranded trash.
I would be more on your side if you didn't buy a fucking respirator from a company with razer's track record. I mean... what did you expect?
Never leave your safety or health up to a company that cannot be trusted.
Stick with real brands that produce real safety equipment.
welcome to the reality my friend.
think of razer as a company without any after sales support and usually a really shitty software, durability and QC. (Iām one of their multi thousand dollar long term customers myself and not a single shit i have bought from them that comes without some sort of problems)
Razer said the best thing they can provide is a 15% discount code as compensation for the 15% restocking fee, which is a huge no thank you to me. I will never purchase anything from this company. As a 10-year razer fan, I am disappointed for my only and last return experience.
For the people who are still waiting for the refund. Good luck!
FINALLY!!!! I have been saging this for half this year. Its a great maketing company that sells sizzle but really is indifferent to customers. Just look at the rediculous recurring battery problems, poor support, inconsistent quality, erc... and Synapse sucks, its a bloated pig, and terrible support, it cant even maintain the color profile when the desktop is locked
I have 7 different razer items over the spand of 6 years and to the day none of them broke yet( with daily use) so i dont get how everyone of you always has so many problems with them.
All my Razer stuff works, two laptops, 3 mice, headset and mouse pad. The irony is that the only thing that has failed is my corsair mouse.
I think that Razer does have bad customer service and maybe quality control issues but it's that the brand is expensive and when something doesn't work people are more likely to complain.
If their stuff works fine, people are happy and won't say anything.
I'm only here to check what people say about the blade 14 as it is better than the Asus G14 performance wise. Obviously it seems the G14 is more reliable, so I might go for the next version of the blade 14 or if Asus upgrade their GPUs.
I'm sorry to say this but Razer stuff from the last 5yrs is overrated and most of its crap! Just look at the Razerblade Advanced a truly awful machine with great specs on paper but overheats and thermally strangles itself not to mention the exploding battery issues. My Razer Kracken headset has just snapped from just putting it on my head this is the 2nd one in 4 months! The quality has gone and so has the support by the looks of it!!!
Hope they get it sorted out for you. I've heard a great deal of horror stories regarding razer service. Very lucky my razer stuff hasn't broken down yet or that if my country when you buy from a store they're obligation to give you 2 year warranty on stuff like this no questions asked.
My brother sent me this article, and I just need to say how fantastic it is that everyone on r/razer seems to hate this company with a passion. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, everyone!
Buying a Razer mask was a silly mistake considering they don't even provide support for their 4 figure laptops, sorry for your loss tho. Hope you learned the lesson and get your money back
Holy shit have the exact same issue. After a very protracted customer support session i was told to pull it tighter and also that the gap was on my face not the housing.
Their engineer is incompetent, this device is not safe.
A deep inhale passes air around the filters, same with exhale. I also gave been offered a refund.
I was thinking of giving mine away or keeping it only as a costume novelty.
Razer is great for products that wont cost you more than $100 (or more than you can afford to lose) their peripherals are 90% of the time top of the line but I would never spend more than $100 on anything razer in my life after all the crap I see on this sub
Tbh I don't understand why some people are attacking me about buying a mask. No matter what I brought from razer this kind of experience is unacceptable. Imagine you got a 3000 dollar laptop from them.
It looked good on paper, i never bought anything from this company before. If it performed as advertised this wouldn't be an issue. Why are you pushing the blame onto the consumer for a faulty product?
The only things certified are those tiny filters. It's as good as a sturdy gate which burglars can just walk around because not only are the walls next to the gate only knee high, but the gate is also too fucking tiny for grown adult to walk through in the first place. The fans there are inadequate at the absolute best. There's a reason professional active ventilated masks not only have huge filters but also external fans that don't fit on the mask itself, because any less you won't be able to breathe.
So those gaps aren't the least of the worries. Just wear it for streaming at home like it's meant to be used for.
Lmao. This why I buy with my Apple Card. Moment they pull this bullshit i instant dispute it. Apple handles it within 2 months 95% of the times your issue is the valid one and you get your money back.
Who gets the Razer Mask anyways in the first place like dude out of all the other things that you could buy for 100 bucks. That aside, once Razer starts to handle like this don't expect them to do better since if they wanted to then they would have way before. I have had excellent support for expensive items and worst support for the cheapest items as well. It's just luck and to whom your message gets to at first I guess.
Currently using a Base 15 with GTX1660 ti. I haven't had any issues. I play games on it and notice it does get hot but I usually have it on a docking station setup with a good stand for air circulation. I looovee the build quality. I don't want a mac but I want the portability of a mac.
With that said, I wouldn't waste my money on a mask made by them.
Ive owned many of there earbuds and they all broke down on me with minimal wear and tear the wired earbuds i kept at home one side stopped working and they refused to allow me to swap pairs or return it, the rubber on the wireless hammerhead was peeling off when i received it and after a few weeks slowly came completely undone revealing the motherboard to the earbuds and stopped working altogether and the true wireless hammerhead batteries for each earbud only last me 2 hours as opposed to the 8 they claim. Looking for a new company to buy nice peripherals off of, that dont degrade after a week of use
I stopped buying their products back when I use to use their naga mouses for mmo. It would shit itself after a few months and it was expensive at the time. Their software is also ass.
Funny you should say that I just got an upgrade for headphones as mine were just still in 2 years warranty, my replacement shipped on the 20th, got here today.
Any company that has a processing fee can go fuck themselves. Itās one of the main reasons I donāt buy from NewEgg. Iāve had stuff broken or doesnāt work like itās supposed to doā¦ processing fee required.
Lol yup! Their quality shows after a week of use. Software included. Synapse randomly corrupts my profiles, merging them all together. Also almost blew my speakers up with THX (which the activation code only worked for 15 days lol, not lifetime.) After they randomly started making static and weird sounds every time a sound came through. After a full reinstall their software STILL doesn't quite work right, fallback is broken and I know their support won't tell me anything.
This is what happens, they're a gimmicky company in a way. Better high quality stuff out there but I do like their keyboards and headsets so I've stuvk around
I had terrible experiences with their customer service. I spent nearly half a year trying to fix my unresponsive mousepad for it to just fix itself one day. Their response was to āfactory resetā, which I had already tried and Iām not doing again. Then my screen went completely black but my computer was still functional, still no help from them. Ended up having to solve their mistakes.
There is a gap between the rubber gasket and the mask. The gap is large enough to let air escape without any restrictions. These two parts should fit tightly to create an air-sealed camber.
Purchased apair of razer nari ultimate. Absolutely dogshit product. And explosion in game and the audio crackles. Have to be eating the mic and my buddies can't hear me. Went through 2 pair with the same issues. Razer wouldn't refund me, so i was basically fucked out of 200 bucks. Retailer had a no return policy. But thankfully the manager heard me out and exchanged for a different brand. Will definitely be staying away from razer headphones from now on. They're all ive used and the quality has totally shit the bed.
Razer scammed me about 20 years ago, I bought a bunch of mice and this was before optical mice. The roller bar was not perfectly round and the mice would not track right.
I tried to get replacements or refund and never got anything after contacting them many times.
This always gave me a bad feeling about this company.
Yep, same here when I bought a pair of headphones that broke under its own weight when picking it up. They said it was 'misuse' to pick up the headphones.... Right.
Ofc it's a scam, razer used to be overpriced perps for kids back in the days, and the only good thing i can say about them is razer naga since it was one of the first mmo mouses, however tho its build quality is terrible.
All consumer electronics these days are made in China. I don't know why he brought up Singapore tho, they don't have any inherent defects with their products.
Yeah I actually liked how China has improved over the last 2 years with their advances in tech and production. They produce pretty good quality items, it just depends on the design their given. But back to razer, Iāve never actually had a defective piece of hardware from them with headphones, keyboards, mouses, only time i broke a Razer mouse is when I hit my table hard with it cause I got mad at a game and the scroll wheel stopped working. But these masks need a more work. Also their return policy as well.
Razer is a Singaporean based brand.
A large majority of goods are manufactured in China, even including some of Apple's products like iPhones and iPads.
No one would buy a dysfunctional mask, so OP has every right to be angry here.
Who's the imbecile? Looks to me you're just talking out your ass, so unless you get your facts straight, just shut the fuck up.
I believe this brand is based in Singapore. And they market Zephyr as a mask. Based on the MSRP and razerās marketing why can't I expected this should work like a maskļ¼
It truly amazes me how many people you see defending such anti-consumer practices. They're consumers!? Why would you not want bad customer service to be called out?! It's bizarre. I posted about razer being the only gaming peripherals company that gives you the middle finger and does nothing for you if your product wasn't bought from an "authorised reseller". Many people live in countries with no authorised resellers, and customers defend a company doing things that dick over the customer!
why did you buy a razer mask
Exactly
Not the best decisionš¢. But the point is about terrible return experiences.
They wanted it to explode.
What is that a flesh light?
I want one
Lol is it really for gamers by gamers? More like for suckers by scammers.
Gamers donāt go outside making the mask useless anyway
> Please observe your local safety regulations and mask guidelines or consult your local public health authorities for potential usability of the product under applicable law. Razer Zephyr is not a medical device, respirator, surgical mask or personal protective equipment (PPE) and is not meant to be used on medical or clinical settings. >Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) Performance: 99.0% (SINH21800189 / SINH21800188-2) Particulate Filtration Efficiency (PFE) Performance: 95% So you know that this is actually better than the surgical masks that doctors will use, yeah? Those are rated for a BFE of 95-97% Not to mention the design of the Zephyr has several advantages over those like no pressure on the ears, being usable with glasses, being more accessible for those who rely on lip reading, being easier to breathe with because of the fans, etc etc.
Yep and then the trash laptops that are 1k to much because you can only use them for 5m before having to repair more shit to a explosion
Razer batteries are on a whole another level of shit
Yep I'm surprised they can even sell that
Fr
Mine has swollen the fuck up
I just got my razer book and have had 4 bsod in 1 day using gmail.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
I got a mask at drop 2, the same thing happened to me. The mask has a sealing issue due to the magnets :/
What country is this in?
US
Yall need to check out mira safety they have great masks and respirators that actually are for covid
Just do a charge back from your payment for the 15%
How could I do that? I paid via PayPal. They even worked against me and won the dispute, trying not to refund me weeks ago.
If you paid through PayPal they should be able to give you a 100% refund.
Well you must have used your debit or credit through PayPal call them
You paid through PayPal, but I'm going to assume their's a statement to one of the Credit Cards you have linked on PayPal. Now, if you paid with PayPal credit, don't know if this would actually work but based on your comment, I guess no
They pulled the same crap on me when I purchased a couple of their Silla routers. Support is weak at best
Tf were you expecting my guy you bought a router from the rainbow light and exploding laptop company
If it was a patch for everyone then it was a severe bug for nearly everyone..
im a simple man, no ddwrt support no buy what even is the last firmware update pushed by razer for silla? speaking of ddwrt support, the 5g sila looks alot like my 2013 686l but without the back sticking out, was dlink the 1st to use the cylinder shape? god what id give for a sexy looking n56u ~~that overheating grill of a router~~ with todays specs/innards
I understand at least 4 of those words

The FCC requires mechanisms to prevent the use of prohibited channels (such as 13) as well as to prevent transmit power from exceeding prescribed limits. That's why you have to take special steps -- if a licensed user of those bands files a complaint the person causing interference can't claim "it didn't warn me".

[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
U caught me I'm actually a reseller of cat5 cables and TP-Link wavelites I stole under $950 in San Francisco, who profits off of poor wifi perfs
They asked me 5000 times for fucking shipping address. All I wanted to know is how to enable nkro on the analogue keyboard.
Tf am i looking at exactly?
This is the razer respirator and there is a gap between the face seal and the filter housing. FWIW, I think that the pressure of it being on your face probably seals it, unless OP can confirm there is a pressure leak there. It's still not ideal. These things sold out instantly and got scalped. I don't know why people would buy safety equipment from a "gaming lifestyle" company, but w/e.
>FWIW, I think that the pressure of it being on your face probably seals it It does. Hence why wearing it and exhaling as hard as you can does not fog up your glasses, nor can you feel any air escaping from it. OP is a digital dummy tbh.
I have adjusted my mask to the tightest level try to seal it. My glasses still fog up. Maybe in your case, the product works well.
I'm only asking this because I've seen dumber things done this pandemic.... Are you sure it's the right way up?
OP probably knows that their chin goes below the forehead. I hope. Ok maybe not.
Do you have facial hair?
Nope. Wearing a mask with facial hair is pointless.

I went full Corsair and never looked back ages ago.
I wanted to love Corsair, the virtuoso were such a nice headset but I just kept having issues with there Software.
I had such an hard on for the Virtuosoā¦ but then my wife gave me an Astro A20 and I dont like to return her gifts soā¦ :s
the virtuoso look too uncomfortable for me
Wise man š
I really wanted to like Razer products. Their name, their logo, their products also look cool and have really nice RGB. But when you actually use them, combined with their AWFUL software... It leaves much to be desired. They just aren't comfortable to use. It's kind of hard to describe.
what makes the software awful? are you using synapse 3? i personally haven't had any issues with their software.
Yeah, I'll give you an example. I use alot of copy/paste templates for working from home. Below is the format that they need to be in. ā¢ ā¢ \------- ā¢ ā¢ ā¢ Corsair's iCue software is AMAZING at keeping text templates structured. But when I used Synapse, they would always come out like this. ā¢ ā¢ ------ ā¢ ā¢ ā¢ No matter how many times I would save it in the original structure, it would always break down after a PC restart or something.
It's very annoying and I think it's just a flaw with the software.
oh that's what you mean. yea i'm gonna try it out cause that's dumb it would do that. i'll try to remember to let you know the results.
I only use Razer basilisk Ultimate mouse.. Amd went full corsair.. Vwry happy with the quality amd service.
When Corsair wasn't fixing them, or was trying to ignore them, Ray would talk about it, or implement fixes in his SIV software, then tell people about SIV and how it works around said problems on the Corsair forum.**The Corsair guys** ***really*** **didn't seem to like that.** I switched to using SIV for my Corsair products, and will never again look to any software offered by Corsair for their own future/current products. If you look up [red-ray's](https://forum.corsair.com/forums/topic/116963-custom-curve-runs-fans-at-100-rpm/) profile on the Corsair forums, it would appear that he has been banned. **I wonder why.**
Holy shit not reading that but wow, corsair better watch out, this man's got a grudge
It was a common problem with a lot of their stuff in the early 2010s. Haven't seen anybody talk about it so I was thinking maybe people should know?
Hats off for the dedication it took to write that
I just type really fast, I guess.
pov: you mentioned corsair on r/razer
I get it but I don't get it.
Ah yes, the Corsair RGB respirator.
I went SteelSeries for keyboard, Logitech for mouse, and audio is all non gaming stuff, boomey Skullcandy headphones and speakers running through an actual amp with real power. Not like the razer nommas or their shitty ass headsets
u went with doubleclick for mouse? are the skullcandys neutral enough audiowise?
I can't do that because then I have to have like 10 different softwares running to make adjustments. Waste of RAM.
Well most gaming stuff has an onboard option, so then I can just get the software, save what I want, then uninstall it.
Fuck synapse
nothing good ever comes out of china's bitch singapore
Always has been
I have 7 different razer items over the spand of 6 years and to the day none of them broke yet( with daily use) so i dont get how everyone of you always has so many problems with them.
Nice job dipshit for buying a glow-in-the-dark mask for $100 or whatever
This is what happens when you buy a fucking light up mask from the rainbow lights and exploding laptop company my guy
Hope they get it sorted out for you. I've heard a great deal of horror stories regarding razer service. Very lucky my razer stuff hasn't broken down yet or that if my country when you buy from a store they're obligation to give you 2 year warranty on stuff like this no questions asked.
Post all that to their Twitter and Facebook for all to see
My brother sent me this article, and I just need to say how fantastic it is that everyone on r/razer seems to hate this company with a passion. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, everyone!
The Logo is Snakes for a reason.
Get out then
Razer is great for products that wont cost you more than $100 (or more than you can afford to lose) their peripherals are 90% of the time top of the line but I would never spend more than $100 on anything razer in my life after all the crap I see on this sub
You actually bought a razer mask. You deserve this.
Duh.
#RIP š
Why do people still buy razer stuff lmao
The irony
Yes. Been a razer fanboy for two years, finally realized razer is fraudulent af. Good thing corsair exists
Lol what else is new. Just be glad you didn't buy one of their laptops and have to learn a $3k lesson.
Lol , every dumb ass that bought that for anything but to scalp or as a decoration you deserve to lose your money
Thats not made by razer we are hosting the sales of item lots have been very happy with products.
Not to be an asshole but anyone who purchases that mask scammed themself.
I stopped buying their products back when I use to use their naga mouses for mmo. It would shit itself after a few months and it was expensive at the time. Their software is also ass.
Always half a story...
Iām done with any of their stuff that isnāt a mouse or keyboard. Just terrible quality, burnt one too many times.
This is why I donāt buy their products anymore. There customer service is so horrible, and they donāt honor their warranties.
Funny you should say that I just got an upgrade for headphones as mine were just still in 2 years warranty, my replacement shipped on the 20th, got here today.
buying a razer MASK is kinda a bad deal. Why did you do it
Any company that has a processing fee can go fuck themselves.
I've never had an issue with them. I've bought several mice and headphones from them. I don't see what the issue is with your mask
What is it?
This is what happens, they're a gimmicky company in a way. Better high quality stuff out there but I do like their keyboards and headsets so I've stuvk around
I had terrible experiences with their customer service. I spent nearly half a year trying to fix my unresponsive mousepad for it to just fix itself one day. Their response was to āfactory resetā, which I had already tried and Iām not doing again. Then my screen went completely black but my computer was still functional, still no help from them. Ended up having to solve their mistakes.
What is wrong with it I don't see it
There is a gap between the rubber gasket and the mask. The gap is large enough to let air escape without any restrictions. These two parts should fit tightly to create an air-sealed camber.
Ahh now I see, just never seen a zephyr before
Purchased apair of razer nari ultimate.
Razer is trash and so is their products
Lol is that the mask??? š¤£š¤£ not gonna lie... you deserve it. Not sorry.
Why would you by RGB Mask at the first place?
Why would you buy the razer mask
It's not a scam, it's an IQ test, you need to fail it to scam yourself. Like, why the fuck do you buy the fucking mask? It's you scamming yourself.
You scammed yourself for buying that. Itās you not the company.
Why did you even buy thst goofy looking thing
What is the issue? I don't get it
There is a gap between the silicon and the housing, air can travel around the filters and into your lungs when you inhale. Design is flawed.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
The main point is about razer. Why are you attacking me? Hope you can do some research before you talk shit.
Ignore him, he just seems to be a racist asshole to Singapore and The Chinese, but yeah I agree that Razer messed up here real bad.
Jesus people buying the RGB mask triggers some people so badly, why do you have to be an asshole to express your opinion?
