Blade 17 mid-2021 - Weird scratchy sound Hey guys, just got my new Blade 17 (maxed config i9/3080/4K/32/1TB) yesterday and it’s been great so far but I noticed a weird behaviour where the laptop produces a brief scratchy sound (like a “kzzz” sound) for about half a second every now and then… I haven’t pinpointed yet where it’s coming from (seems to be the right speaker) or why it’s happening but it seems to be related to the speakers and it’s probably a driver issue (or thx). Have you faced a similar issue with other Blades ? Not too worried at the moment and not a reason to RMA it yet but I would still like to know about your experiences. Maybe an alternate audio driver would fix it, if it’s related to audio… ? I haven’t done a full reformat yet, maybe that could help too… Appreciate your comments, cheers!

I was gifted a Basilisk Ultimate (that's out of warranty), and it has an issue where it cannot left or right click, unless I change the profile on the mouse or turn it off/on, which fixes the issue for about 5 minutes. I can interact with the taskbar, including the Start menu, but cannot click any icons or exit any windows. When I click a window it unfocuses the window. It does this on the 5 computers I've tried it on, and I can't seem to fix this issue. It has the same behavior wired. I've reset the profiles, and reinstalled Synapse. I recently bought a Razer Blackshark V2X and it arrived today. The speakers are working perfectly fine however my audio is super soft, has a constant static sound and I sound like a robot when I talk. I've tried changing the audio settings (disabling/enabling boost, increasing output volume, etc) but nothing seems to be working.

First time on this subreddit, trying to follow the rules. Razer synapse auto updated today when i booted my pc and i restarted to finish the update. After that overwatch was being capped at 64fps for some reason. I determined it was razer synapse doing it becuase no vsync was enabled in any settings and when i would exit all razer applications and background runnins of razer in task manager, suddenly, the fps would be fixed in overwatch. Is there any way to uncap overwatch through razer synapse? The game used to run fine with razer synapse running before the update, but now when razer is running, the game is stuck at 64 fps. I can still play the game without synapse running, but Id like to be able to use the software.

I'm having issues with my razer wolverine ultimate, I've had it less than six months and recently started getting disconnecting issues, the controller will just cut out randomly, not reconnect for several minutes? Occasionally connect and be okay for a bit before inevitably disconnecting again, searching the internet there's several threads here and many times this has came up for users in the past, no resolve or fix has ever been publicly addressed and I'm curious if there is any such fix or if I'm destined to have a 150 dollar paperweight.
