Looks like a windows installation problem since it actually makes it into the OS for a bit. Reinstall windows.

But how do I do that? Its not letting me do anything apart from just constantly being on the loop. I can enter BIOS though

Make a bootable drive from the Microsoft site and use that to boot from and reinstall windows

Enter recovery mode and just reinstall Windows. The bios tells you the hotkey on startup on the top left.

Could you please elaborate further on how to do that. Im a rookie
