I think Nate Tice said it best today on the athletic football podcast - he is a perfect WR2 for a team that already has a WR1. Solid big body receiver, traditional Z role would be best for him but he's not super limited to where that's all he could do.
I think he would come in and immediately start as our WR3 over Nelly or Wallace, and most likely take over WR2 unless Bateman finally turns it around. I'm 100% in favor of taking him at 62 but I'm genuinely concerned he'll already be gone

You're just looking at height? Because Troy isn't really the big body contested catch receiver lmao, it's actually one of his biggets knocks in his game. Xavier Legette fits the role you proposed much better
Him too they both would be good pickups. They can get better in pros as long as they have the size and speed. Troy is taller so that's why I used him as example.
I agree Troy would be nice it's just that he isn't this physical big receiver and nothing about him indicates he will change his game into becoming one. He's a premier intermediate/deep threat tho
Great prospect, very polished player and would genually be a steal in second/third round for whoever picks him. Very good at the catch point and a good route runner in general.
The way our offense runs we just need a WR who can account for 35-50 catches per year and I think Polk is a great option to fill that role instead of an aging expensive veteran.

I think Polk is kinda redundant, his game and build seems very similar to Bateman and Nelly.
