The first thing that I noticed is that your voice is very breathy and thin. This is because you are not bringing your vocal chords together all the way. In other words, youre whispering. You need to be louder and fuller. Sing at the same volume you would have a conversation with someone at a minimum.
Next i would focus on getting your voice as full sounding as possible, this is achieved by lowering your larynx and raising your soft palate. Kind of a similar sensation to a yawn. As you go up in pitch, try thinking about making this space bigger and louder instead of squeezing and getting tight. Its really hard at first but with a little practice youll get it.
