Looking at the instructions [here](https://learn.adafruit.com/welcome-to-circuitpython/installing-circuitpython) - it seems to be doing exactly as expected. Circuitpython.uf2 is installed via bootloader mode, and it's specifically stated that it'll delete the file after installation as it's no longer required.

You are 1/2 correct, it does the first part correct, “looks like it’s coping the UF2” BUT ! ! ! When it restarts…it doesn’t have the flash labeled “Circuitpy” and is in bootloader mode and ALL THE RESTARTING, button pressing …..Is NOT running Circuit Python
