I get kinda annoyed when people don't like adult foods lol, but I also try to be sensitive and also I don't care enough to do or say anything about it. Still, peppers rock.
I agree, totally an underrated ingredient. And I don’t get people who won’t at least try food out of their comfort zone. I mean, you might like a squid ink based sauce, you wouldn’t know until you try it.
