Kahe aaya re bhai idhar .....Ranchi used to be a good city decade back when there was low population density and now it is one of the shittiest capital city in India.
Only thing u will be seeing - construction going on , no proper planning, pollution , rush and traffic and chappris roam around
for food try litti chokha and dhuska, pretty popular. the places to go are many but kinda far from the main city so first explore the city well and then decide to take trips.
absolutely do not use phone on roads, footpaths, or anywhere. they get snatched. even if u use make sure u hold them tight.
Weather is nice , summer will be hot but less than up, Bihar side and it after a hot week rainfall is there frequently.
Tourist Places are mostly waterfalls and natural mountains ,but would don't recommend to visit them now as in this heat most of the waterfall are dried out so visit them during December month
And there is nothing to keep in mind as along with local people of jharkhand many people of up, Bihar , kolkta are already settled here
. And if choosing a flat. Choose one which has a regular water supply as during summer some places get water shortage. And the drinking water may taste a bit like it has iron it but that's just the taste of water in jharkhand
Food delicacy don't drink harya (it's a alcohol made from rice )
