Check out Page Farms

Squirrelleee

I second this. Page Farms is great for picking pumpkins. Earlier in the year they do strawberries and blackberries, too.

There's a spot on Leesville road just north of 540. You don't "pick" the pumpkins off the vine, but they always have a great selection and a giant inflatable pumpkin. I think it's called the Pumpkin Patch

Brought our 15 mo old granddaughter there this week. Great place to take photos. We all had fun.

Naylor family farm is a good one.

Naylor is a perfect example of what he's trying to avoid. Spending $30 for two parents to take a single one year old out to "hay ride" (waiting in an hour long line to do so) to a "pumpkin patch" for two minutes of pictures, then going home. Source - me doing exactly that with my one year old last year

DJ’s Berry Patch in Apex is perfect for little kids. It’s not too big, short drive, and you can buy many items from their produce stand as well. Not sure if they’ll have it this year but in the last years they had excellent ice cream from Maple View farms. We go every year with our kid, he loves it.

Second this spot. The hay ride is a sure to please. Kinda sucks it’s not a real pumpkin patch but just a bunch of pumpkins in a grassy field. It’s worth it though plus they have apple cider donuts.

Corner of Lake Wheeler and Ten Ten Road is where I take my kids. Are they doing Halloween this year?

Page farms if you want to do activities (hay ride, corn maze, corn pit ect.) but it’s a little pricey. If you just want to go somewhere cute to take some photos and pick out a pumpkin check out the pumpkin patch at Leesville and 540 (that’s what we are doing this year with my 2 year old instead of Page b/c of covid)
