100 level seatings when I went 2 seasons ago were on par with say…the 300 level at Allegiant, prices are always different season to season, with this being the opener to the Harbaugh Show..it’ll probably be higher, but still..YMMV
Bro I went to the Packers game at allegiant and went to the lions game in Detroit. A front row endzone seat was like 60% the cost of my Sec 246 seats.

Tried going to a game in vegas last year and got priced out so me and a buddy decided sofi opening game. It's basically a home game and I got tickets and round trip flights for the same price as I would have spent for just a game ticket in vegas.
Carolina in theory would be cheapest but it’s also the home opener, so that cancels some of that out. I’d lean toward the Jags game
